To think brioche bread does not go with burgers

Absolutely, brioche should never go near a burger. It's a horrible taste combination and the bun generally disintegrates. Ugh

I love the combination - but I don't think the Sainburys ones are that sweet - no sweeter than the cheap burger buns you get in McDonalds anyway.

And I've had brioche buns before in a sausage / bacon type affair which were just grim and far too sweet.
