To ask about sweet tables at weddings

I love how the sweet section of buffets look at weddings . For anyone that hasn’t seen them it’s a load of jars filled with sweets with tongs and little bags to put them in. I really want one but I’m on a budget and also not wanting waste.

Do you or would you eat them at a wedding party?
If you had one at your own wedding was it eaten ?
Thanks

Why are you taking Carnival's post so personally cardboard. The things she described have often been discussed on Mumsnet and many posters do find destination weddings, hanging around for hours waiting for photographs to be taken and ear splitting music that drowns out any attempt at conversation to be real turn offs when it comes to weddings.

Most guests aren’t really going to care about taking some basic skittles or jelly babies etc home - and they could probably afford to buy sweets themselves if the actually wanted them

I think you've missed the point, the sweets aren't for taking home! Grin
