I did laugh at someone's reply to her tweet...
"She is writing a new book with her sister Linda about how to cheat the benefit system whilst pretending you didn’t know what you are doing ! Sure to be a best seller !!"

Wasn't Linda's late husband the one who Stole money backstage out frank Carson's dressing room and was filmed doing so?

CN is getting some really bad PR advice. Overtime she tweets she stirs it up again. It must be her, no professional would keep on like that.

Linda Nolan was the benefit cheat and it was a lot of money! She pretended she didn't know she had to declare her earnings. Like... yeah.... whatever... the whole population knows but you don't??!

According to her official Twitter page, she doesn't do her own social media on there, she has someone doing it for her.
She seriously needs to re-think who, as they're doing her absolutely no favours whatsoever by first making a big joke out of it and now it seems carrying on as normal and pretending nothing's happened!

I dont feel sorry for kim. I think she is a nasty bitter lady. However, i do think one of her loved ones should get her the help she so clearly needs. And she should not be on tv as she is vulnerable.

Yes, i do agree with that. Whilst it should not have happened at all, it would have been fairer with just JSP, KW and CN only

I felt sorry for KW. Uncomfortable viewing.

That’s not to say she was in the right and obviously needs support but the behaviour of the other panellists, especially CN & LN were shocking. The Nolan’s have not faired very well in all of this. I think CN would have been better by herself, her sister just seemed to be there to rev up the hostility but it has loyally backfired!

I did actually like CN, totally different view of her now.

I think it is far too late for CN to issue any sort of apology now - it would be too obviously disingenuous after all this time.

I think if she takes any sort of stance, it will be a playing the victim one as she is very good at that. Maybe claims of bullying on twitter etc etc, with a few choice examples (which is one reason why I think some people on twitter should stop the personal insults about CN and stick to just her behaviour). IMHO she will go for a sympathy vote just as she did on the show and CBB. Tears. LN's health. Whatever needs dredging up to achieve her aim.

Does anyone else think ITV/LW's complete lack of acknowledgement let alone apology comes across as breathtaking arrogance from them? It comes across like they are above any form of reproach to me. Awful attitude.

And YY to whoever said LW etc would be discussing the case in detail if it had happened on a different channel to their own. Arrogance AND hypocrisy. Not good.

I agree that no one should hurl insults on twitter at CN. Rather defeats the object of what you're trying to say!

Yes, breathtaking arrogance on the part of LW/ITV. The only way to show public feeling is to hit them where it hurts. Their pocket. Who now sponsors LW? I can't remember but I know someone does. A media campaign telling everyone to not buy the product or support the advertiser will work.
