Has anyone else just watched Loose Women/Kim Woodburn’s outburst?

To Colleen and her “twitter team” , your badly thought out “exciting news” campaign is going to go down like a lead balloon. You do know this don't you?!

Let’s face it, all the LW panel will read and post here. They take their subjects from the posts here, so I’ll takr this opportunity to say you fucked up!

How should Coleen have responded, and what should she have said and done when Kim started name-calling and ranting? (We know what she shouldn't have done. I'm asking what she should have done

LR should have been upfront and admitted she did say CN was 2 faced.

CN then should have admitted her 2 faced attitude and apologised and said she got swept away with the rest of the BBH and for that she was truly sorry.

Ultimately it is not the actions that take you down but the lies.

The journalists do a much better job of presenting/hosting especially when interviewing guests. Same with This Morning. Some of the presenters are out of their depth which I think Coleen is.

Aaaah but CN is the sort to think she's never ever wrong. And she wouldn't give an inch because of that view. Now... I'm not saying that KW is a saint, I think she's a very difficult character who is like a dog with a bone. I also think that probably there is nothing CN could've said to make it alright with KW.

However I think CN should've told the producers...'look this isn;t going to work, it will kick off' and refused to have done it. If her hand was forced, she should have said it's not fair to have my sister with me. She set the tone of the segment by not speaking to start with.

Stop watching, ratings are all that matters in that world. Not enough viewers and the show will go. Vote with your remote!

I think the producers need booting out, not Coleen. Kim W clearly has issues but that does not give her a pass to be mean to everybody and then get away with it. The producers knew she would kick off - she kicked off on CBB, on This Morning, on that Keith Lemon show, I am a Celeb and her colleague on that cleaning show she did does not have a good word for her. Kim did a programme about homeless people. Started off okay but it did not take long for the empathetic mask to slip.

But the LW producers thought it would be a great laugh for JSP to dress as a judge on a day when we got the pleasure of two Nolan sisters. The fact that two Nolan’s was on was really illjudged/ downright nasty. Not sure why LW think we are endlessly fascinated by the Nolans. I don’t mind Coleen but her sister brings nothing to the party and out of the two Nolan’s yesterday, she was by far the nastiest.

Coleen should not be booted off the show, I bet she is fuming. The producers should go. The sister should be allowed back on as an occasional guest - in about 5 years time, and Kim W should not be on live tv ever again.

When KW came out and was being difficult then quite offhand with LR, i had no sympathy for her. For me it all changed when Coleen just went for her. Coleen is one of the hosts! That was the moment my jaw dropped and I thought uh oh this isn't on.

No one would know whether I watch or not, so I wouldn't be affecting ratings, nor would any of you lot, unless you are a member of the viewing panel. (I used to work in television and if it's BARB viewing figures that count, unless it's changed since my day, don't think so)

They don’t. They are just cheap.

They know it also and hate it. Watch their reaction when anyone talks about money, the benefit cheating, the reaction CN had when Kim admitted they’d paid her well to be there, the reaction to being called cheap on today’s show.

They have a bit of a hang up about it!

The viewing panel are chosen, the numbers are actually very small! BARB is the Broadcasters Audience Research Board and owned by BBC, ITV, C4 , Sky etc). The reason why I know a little about it is that it was set up as I was still working for the Beeb and ITV.

The tiny figure who are on BARB are representative of Joe Public but it is only about 5,000 representing about 25 million people !

I am so naive! 5000 people doesn't seem that representative to me but what do I know?

They basically have a box fitted to their TVs which sends back the data of what they're watching. That gives the viewing figures

It’s always been a shallow show presented by z listers. Am afraid what I have seen of it just confirms my opinion that most of the presenters are shallow silly women.

KW is clearly difficult and I’ve wondered if she has Autism or autistic traits in the past. My son reacts similarly if challenged and made to feel uncomfortable. He is autistic.

She doesn’t need to be on television though and clearly she needs help. After the way LW treated her I am not surprised she declined their offer of support and counselling.

Yes, I wouldn't accept counselling from the very organisation that led me into that situation.

I think the people are carefully chosen on where they live, their ethnicity, who in the household etc. I think it's quite rigorous but 5,000 is a tiny figure and I could never quite get over that. All I know is, what I watch doesn't affect viewing figures
