Has anyone else just watched Loose Women/Kim Woodburn’s outburst?

It’s all over Twitter and the social networks. The kids have seen it.

Coleen Nolan ‘breaks silence’.Stay silent bully,have a word with yourself.It’s women like this who should NOT be on television.She comes across as snidey and ‘fawny’.Not an ambassador for anything.We all remember that one girl at school.This has to stop.

@keyboardkate we should not forget this easily. Firstly, it's a light entertainment show - the KW piece was not entertaining, it was bullying and pointless. Secondly, why should we accept this trash they choose to show us as if upsetting a woman on live TV doesn't matter? Thirdly, LW seem to be very choosy about who and what they support - KW gets vilified but Stacey Solomon and an X Factor contestant get supported? Why? Finally, the title of the show - as a woman I do not want to be associated with this trashy excuse of a programme.

TV is a very powerful medium and its content should be chosen with more consideration. I wouldn't accept this behaviour in my workplace, home or School so why is it acceptable to be broadcast on TV?

They always come out with the same old lines "anyone who knows me knows I'm not a bully" when they've shown their true colours. well she's wrong there because thousands of people now know she is a bully.

How about starting a petition to get Kim and Aggie's show put on in place of Loose Women!

Ta allright. I cant believe how normalized its become Not just on LW but on crappy reality shows. There needs to be a complete change.

I have to confess that I do usually quite like LW. However I was utterly horrified by what happened on the show. It got so out of hand and was really awful to watch. The producers should have just cut to a break when it starting getting really unpleasant. Getting CN to go to do the link to the break was cruel, as was the filming KW behind the scenes after waking off. She clearly needs some help- not publically humiliated.

Just do not watch maybe?

Or can some just not avoid it, and then post here instead?

The producers of loose women are the ones who are in the wrong. They arranged for Kim to go on the show and set it up in a way that was going to lead to an argument.

Seeing as they had a huge falling out and no longer speak to each other, it wouldn't be any better.

Moose Women is utter low-brow shit TV and representative of a whole plethora of low-quality broadcasting which is plaguing our screens.
It has quietly taken over and become the norm.
As previous poster students have commented, it is a wasted opportunity to hear the voices and opinions and expertise of intelligent, informed and interesting women.
I suspect Colleen and her sister are sitting surrounded by family in their own little echo chamber, convinced that they are the wronged party, Linda Robson is probably crying, having realised she was complicit in outright bullying which in hindsight she deeply regrets and JSP realises the same but will try to remain in the background in the hope that people will forget her role in the sorry debacle.
In any case, give me Bargain Hunt or 15 to 1 any day.

That’s just how I see it too bubblegum with the addition that Colleen Nolan’s team will be working overtime tonight deleting the angry tweets and all of them will be sat surfing twitter, the newspaper comments FB, digital spy, Mumsnet, change.org etc to see what the damage is.
