Has anyone else just watched Loose Women/Kim Woodburn’s outburst?

Regardless of the outcome I think it showed how unprofessional those women are. They will definitely have lost job offers over this, especially those good cause appearances on the “We look like we’re doing it for free but we’re being paid really” shows. Panto 2019 is also looking dodgy if the press dredge it up all year and that’s a real money spinner. It’s easier to cross a name off a list than hope bad publicity comes to nothing.

One of Nolan’s sons saying she’s skipping down the corridors not sacked and another calling Kim a “fruit loop” doesn’t help (twitter). Just shows the entire family is a type!

They just aren’t big enough names to get away with it. Silly women.

I hope KW has come across this thread or other support and is finding some solace and that the pillow-faced narc gets the boot. Not apologising for that either, sometimes it's warranted.

Janet Steet Porter dressed as a judge for the show said it all. They had decided their judgement before the show started. Foolish mindless women. That’s what happens if you let not very bright people loose on their own show.

I had presumed it was a TOWIE style 'stunt' , but I quite like KW (although I never saw her on CBB and I do believe she was awful!)

The whole segment on Loose Women really was grim. As said above what is worse is the pot stirring afterwards on social media with ITV publicity playing it as a must see feud and some awful Twitter "lolz" from CN.

I couldn't bring myself to watch LW today even if I could have, but really disappointed to read that they didn't even reference it. Wouldn't hurt to say "We're looking into it and we appreciate it didn't reflect well on us or the atmosphere of inclusion we want to create here. We want you all to know we've reached out and offered KW support off camera and we will discuss it in detail next week on air with panellists involved."

To ignore it all together is the pits.

And I went and had look into this difficult childhood of KW they were being so dismissive and sneering about. Honestly, it's incomprehensible how much trauma she has had to work through (and presumably how much she still does)

Awful thing to do, they even had Janet st. Porter dressed up as a judge so must have anticipated it could all kick off, the producer should be ashamed and coleen pointing her finger and jabbing, that's bullying.

Although I think what they did was despicable and they should all be taken off air, I am also worried that this has now gotten out of control especially on twitter and if I was Colleen I would be scared tbh.

Just read the Mirror interview and she certainly hasn't done herself any favours with that load of shite.

We all watched it. We all saw EXACTLY what happened. The music when she came on, the way she was questioned immediately and was clearly expecting CN to speak, the way she was set up. We saw the faces, the body language, the partisan audience, the whole horrible debacle. JSP dressed as a Judge ffs, and CN sat there with her sister as sidekick, and an elderly, volatile and clearly distraught KW throw to the wolves.

The “she’ll be back at work next week” statement put out is a ploy used often in situations where the public have called for someone to be sacked. Her son 🙄 tweeting that she isn’t sacked, same thing but wankier lol! She’s hoping it will calm down, that people will give up, if it looks like a decision has been made.

Those talks won’t even happen until the weekend when they’ve judged the press and the impact. She actually hasn’t got a clue what will happen to her.

I imagine ITV/Loose Women will really try to flaunt the whole 'Linda Robson tried to comfort Kim and she just pushed her away'. I'm sorry but if you're being bullied and taunted by a bunch of nasty, goading vipers and one of them makes the pretence of comforting you, then it is totally acceptable for you not to accept that from them. Linda didn't feel sorry for her, she was just trying to make herself look good. I'd have the whole lot of the panel sacked if it were up to me, as well as the Producers!

YY Sleepy Whats worse is it was broadcast while the kids are still off school. I know most kids are on their smart devices but some may have seen it.

a. it sets a bad example.

b. even more insidiously if someone is being bullied at school and saw that they are going to think "oh God so things arent going to be any better after i leave school"

i know thats how i felt watching a bullying storyline in Minder while i was being bullied at school and that wasnt real it was a TV comedy drama. But what happened on LW WAS real and may make any child suffering bullying feel there is no hope after they leave school It normalizes it IYKWIM
