I keep re watching it, I’ve not laughed so hard in ages. Oh dear oh dear Theresa!! What on Earth was she thinking!

I'm in no way a fan of hers (I only have contempt), but she couldn't win, could she?

Stand still and she would be criticised. Dance and be mocked.

Sophia99 · 28/08/2018 15:41

I neither love nor hate Mrs May.

But when she was dancing, she did look like she needed a wee.

DitchingTheDye · 28/08/2018 15:42

At least she gave it a go.

Cinnamus · 28/08/2018 15:42

I think it's fine. Of course it's an awkward situation and she dealt with it.

Imknackeredzzz · 28/08/2018 15:43

I agree actually fair play for her for having a go! It’s just so funny!!

^this
She really couldn't win. (Just like Brexit in fact)

Strongmummy · 28/08/2018 15:45

Should have just clapped along

M3lon · 28/08/2018 15:48

Is this the SA dancing on bbc website atm?

She doesn't look any worse or more uncomfortable than the man she is with?

Quangot · 28/08/2018 15:49

She was game enough to give it a go, despite the inevitable comments which would arise, so fair play to her on this occasion.

Notquiteagandt · 28/08/2018 15:56

Good on her she gave it a go. Nothing like pressure of the worlds medias cameras to make even the best dancers feel bit awkward.

helpawomanout · 28/08/2018 15:58

I detest the woman and everything she stands for and has done, however I find this very uncomfortable. She couldn't win whatever she did, mocking her for actually seeming somewhat human is not sitting right with me.

Oblomov18 · 28/08/2018 16:05

Oh come on OP. You laughed hysterically? Seriously? HmmShe's not that bad. I've seen worse.

Nikephorus · 28/08/2018 16:08

mocking her for actually seeming somewhat human is not sitting right with me.
This ^^. Why mock someone else? She gave it a go. I bet most of the people so keen to mock her wouldn't be giving it a whirl. Perhaps OP you'd like to upload a clip of your dancing for us to laugh at? I bet you were hoping everyone would be taking the piss weren't you & are disappointed (and backtracking) because they're not.

TeaForTiger · 28/08/2018 16:08

I'm not a fan of her or her political policies, but I think all this mocking is really unnecessary.

At least she gave it a go.

Botanicbaby · 28/08/2018 16:10

It’s called diplomatic relations. YABU.

Glitterball Let’s see your dance moves OP! Glitterball

BluebellsareBlue · 28/08/2018 16:12

I can't stand her and what she did to my profession but that was so so so bad. I can't dance and I know it so I don't bother. Why couldn't she have just smiled widely and clapped her hands?!?
Watching her hurt my eyes

HerRoyalNotness · 28/08/2018 16:14

Oh she did alright! That’s how I dance before I’ve had a few drinks. Hate to think what an idiot I’d look in front of the media and assorted crowds of spectators.

RibbonAurora · 28/08/2018 16:14

Helpless giggling even though this is cruel, "floor swallow me up" levels of embarrassment for anyone. I tried and failed to keep my face straight watching, then the btl comment "She can only move to the right" finished me off.

SweetSummerchild · 28/08/2018 16:17

I’ve not laughed so hard in ages.

You really need to get out more.

We have just been watching this and all my DD could say was that she looked cute.

Cute?!

Yogagirl123 · 28/08/2018 16:23

More stiffly come dancing, than strictly perhaps.

PortiaCastis · 28/08/2018 16:26

She's not on SCD so don't mock

thegardenfairy · 28/08/2018 16:27

I've seen far worse on the dance floor on a Saturday night. Good on TM for giving it a go.
