I keep re watching it, I’ve not laughed so hard in ages. Oh dear oh dear Theresa!! What on Earth was she thinking!

can't stand her. but well done on her for having a go.

CookPassBabtridge · 28/08/2018 16:29

It's funny in the sense of seeing serious public figures dance Grin but I don't think she was bad..

OutPinked · 28/08/2018 16:29

Not as bad as Ann Widdecombe Grin.

Imknackeredzzz · 28/08/2018 16:29

Oh for gods sake it was only a lighthearted thread! Stop getting your knickers in a twist ... yes I did find it funny and will still have a cheeky giggle! Grin

I've not seen it but you sound a bit nasty and like you must lead a pretty joyless life.

LooksBetterWithAFilter · 28/08/2018 16:32

I am by no stretch a fan of her at all but good grief she really couldn’t win here. If she’s done nothing she’d have been slagged off for letting the kids across from her down she gave it a go she is mocked. She looked like it didn’t come naturally but rather than look like a party pooper she slapped a smile on and went with it. Good on her I say.

Imknackeredzzz · 28/08/2018 16:32

@pattistanger

Nasty piece of work really?!

Having a giggle at our prime minister busting a move does not make me nasty for Christ sake.

Chill pill!

PortiaCastis · 28/08/2018 16:34

She could've stood there like a gormless twat which also would've got her mocked

buttybuttybutthole · 28/08/2018 16:34

She was a good sport, she really was trying to get into it wasn't she? And obviously knew she had no rhythm, cute Granny dancing

PattiStanger · 28/08/2018 16:37

You've backtracked now you've seen that the majority don't agree with you, you revised "not laughed so hard in ages" to a bit of a giggle while I was typing. Not the same thing at all.

Nikephorus · 28/08/2018 16:37

Feeling the need to start a thread for the sole purpose of ridiculing someone is just bitchy. So yes, nasty piece of work is about right.
She looked like she was having a good time with the kids and they looked like they were enjoying it too.

user1andonly · 28/08/2018 16:38

I have no love for the woman but she did better than I would have done in that situation.

Quite disappointing - I thought it was going to be footage of her boogieing on down at the Tory party disco or something!

MasonJar · 28/08/2018 16:38

People find different things funny so I won't say YABU.
I didn't find it remotely funny, just thought she was brave to give it a go. She perhaps thought it would have been thought rude not to, or that the children expected it of her.
Yes she looked awkward, as anyone would it that situation.

RonniePickering · 28/08/2018 16:38

Not as funny as the naughtiest thing she’s ever done Grin

Cloghopper · 28/08/2018 16:38

I'm not a fan of her politics but I think the criticism of her dancing is a bit unfair. (A) How many of us would want to be caught dancing in front of the world's press and (B) For once I thought she actually looked as though she was genuinely enjoying herself.

Sallystyle · 28/08/2018 16:40

I finally found someone who is as bad at dancing as I am.

Good on her.

RoseWhiteTips · 28/08/2018 16:40

Didn’t think it was that funny. Not a fan of here, incidentally.

RoseWhiteTips · 28/08/2018 16:40

...of hers

MsOliphant · 28/08/2018 16:41

She's just got no rhythm. Most of us don't despite what you might believe after a few drinks on a Friday night.

Lottapianos · 28/08/2018 16:42

I really felt for her. I would be MORTIFIED if I had to do sober dancing in front of all those cameras. I'm no fan of hers but she definitely couldn't win here

RoseWhiteTips · 28/08/2018 16:43

Now this was funny.

Sallystyle · 28/08/2018 16:43

I can't dance and I know it so I don't bother. Why couldn't she have just smiled widely and clapped her hands?!?

I am the worlds worst dancer I am sure but it doesn't stop me. I dance for my enjoyment, not anyone else's. I can't stand TM but I defend the right for people to dance badly in public Grin

LEELULUMPKIN · 28/08/2018 16:44

So not only do you think it's funny to mock people but to do it online too. Nice OP.

RoseWhiteTips · 28/08/2018 16:49

And this. Osbourne off his head at PMQs...

Imknackeredzzz · 28/08/2018 17:18

Nope still happy to say I pissed myself laughing! Cos I did! .. now I’m down to a giggle!
