He's driving me insane.

Swimming is now on the day of contact. So swimming kit goes home to dads and never gets returned. Apparently I've stolen too much from him and I owe him, so I am not allowed it back.

I've had to provide a new swimming kit every single week since Easter!!

LifeBeginsAtGin · 09/05/2018 18:04

Why are you buying new kit every week.

Let him tell DD why she can;t go swimming.

user139328237 · 09/05/2018 18:05

How mature. Its not as though he could have a use for 10 swimming kits so he's doing it solely to annoy you. Talk to the school and try and find a way around the kit ever getting anywhere near his house.

itsveryquiet · 09/05/2018 18:06

Because he leaves from my house to do swimming. So if I reverse the logic from last time, I have to provide the kit. And I can't do that to DS - because it won't make exh provide it.

OP posts:
ErictheGuineaPig · 09/05/2018 18:07

Sorry, I can't get the link to work but - asking the obvious I'm sure - if swimming is always on his day and he has kit there, can't she just use that?

ClaryFray · 09/05/2018 18:08

Drop DD if to him after swimming. He can't have her to disrupt her hobbies

MrsMozart · 09/05/2018 18:08

What a shit.

Do you have a court order for access and maintenance?

ErictheGuineaPig · 09/05/2018 18:08

Cross Post, sorry. Could you get school on board and ask them to get your child to leave their swimming kit in school? Then you collect it the next day?

itsveryquiet · 09/05/2018 18:08

Swimming used to be on his day so I had to send kit the day before so it was ready.

Swimming is now on the day he leaves me and sleeps at exh after school swimming day. So he refuses to return it.

It's driving me mad. I know it's only a few quid. But Every. Single. Week.

Cuppaoftea · 09/05/2018 18:09

Could your DD leave her swim kit in school at the end of that day and you collect it the next day to rinse/wash?

Have a quiet word with her teacher and explain why that's necessary.

Donthate · 09/05/2018 18:09

Yes get ds to leave the kit at school and bring it home the next day.

44PumpLane · 09/05/2018 18:09

But it's not you doing it to your child, it's the father.

How old is your child (can't get the links to work) are they old enough to hide their kit from their Dad or can you go pick up the kit if it's left with reception by your child for example?

Jordan4531 · 09/05/2018 18:10

I could have wrote all this myself he's a dick

itsveryquiet · 09/05/2018 18:10

School say they won't get involved.

This is the same school that has different collection arrangements for contact nights, to ensure that DS doesnt run away Hmm

OP posts:
Allthewaves · 09/05/2018 18:10

School swimming or private lessons?

If school swimming then tell her teachers the kit stays at school and u will collect it

Allthewaves · 09/05/2018 18:11

Tell dd to leave it at school

Cuppaoftea · 09/05/2018 18:11

*DS sorry.

BeeFamily · 09/05/2018 18:11

Is it school swimming lessons? If so leave her kit at school and you collect it?

itsveryquiet · 09/05/2018 18:11

School swimming during school hours.

School say children's items are not their responsibility.

OP posts:
itsveryquiet · 09/05/2018 18:13

Mrs Mozart. Court ordered contact against DC wishes.* Maintenance via CMS.*

OP posts:
Allthewaves · 09/05/2018 18:14

My dc leave things on their pegs at school all the time. I have to retrieve swim kits quite often. Could dd not.leave it on her peg, forgotten, then u lift it when u collect her

Cuppaoftea · 09/05/2018 18:14

School say they won't get involved.

They won't have to get involved if your DS just leaves his swim kit on his peg that day and his teacher knows not to remind him about it, he'll take it home to you the next day.

LannieDuck · 09/05/2018 18:15

Sorry, I posted on your old thread before I realised you'd started a new one.

Can he not leave the kit in his locker /drawer / on his peg at school until the following day?

Knitjob · 09/05/2018 18:15

How annoying op. He sounds delightful.
I can imagine him sitting at home counting up swimming trunks and towels.

Allthewaves · 09/05/2018 18:16

All else fails. If you r not working and say swimming on the morning then I'd go in just before lunch or after and ask for swim kit.

itsveryquiet · 09/05/2018 18:16

Can you imagine?! Tit!!

Along with all the other items that I have purchased that he refuses to return.
