HELP! Dd has accidentally bought me a penis candle!

Dd in year 9 got back from her French exchange in Paris yesterday - she bought presents for me, Dh and both her siblings.

One problem - she bought me what she thought was an innocent Eiffel Tower candle. It clearly isn’t.

Should I break it to her?

Sit down with your daughter and thank her for your gift and then have a good chat with her about sex and porn and all the stuff she really should know about by now.

Oh come on. Of course she knows what it is. Year 9 makes her 14ish. Most 8 year olds would know what it was and have a snigger (or be horrified). Even if she didn't know what it was, her friends would have known - and told her.
