I looked at my sleeping guinea pigs and they were so cute I cried. In my defence I am very hungover and emotional 😂

PistFump · 04/02/2018 19:59

When my mum sent the latest update on my nan who is receiving end of life care at the moment with dementia. She's only going to be around for another few weeks and mums updates are getting sadder and sadder.

Foolish1 · 04/02/2018 19:59

Putting the dog down. It was like Old Yeller - but sadder

GoldenHoops · 04/02/2018 20:02

Ds1 going back to uni. (Not in front of him of course)
I will probably start again in a minute because Call the Midwife is on!😭

MyGastIsFlabbered · 04/02/2018 20:04

MrsPreston11 · 04/02/2018 20:07

jemjemjem50 · 04/02/2018 20:08

My colleague passed away last night.

He was a lovely man - a real gent. We'd all been rooting for him to pull through and he sadly didn't make it.

I've been so sad all day Sad

EspressoPatronum · 04/02/2018 20:08

I was listening to the archers earlier and the bit about someone's Gran going to be amazing with the baby made me tear up thinking about my lovely Grandma who died when I was pregnant. She would have been amazing with my son too.

Amanduh · 04/02/2018 20:08

I cried at one of those ridiculous ‘hun’ posts on fb from a group called something ridiculous like mums2getha but it made me bawl. It was about one day they’ll only want to hold your hand, soon they won’t be seen dead holding your hand, now they want to be smothered in kisses, one day they’ll never want to kiss you again... you will never know but cherish everything because you won’t know the day it will be the last time you ever do it.
I think I’m hormonal

Lofari · 04/02/2018 20:10

I cried at Coco too!! My kids looked mortified.
Also got told this week my youngest shows massive red flags for autism so will be assessed as she thinks he will 'need a lot of help in his life'
Yep I cried.

Blankiefan · 04/02/2018 20:10

A scene in three billboards outside ebbing, Missouri. I won't say which one as it's be a spoiler.

Pikehau · 04/02/2018 20:12

Feeling tired today and wondering I was a good enough mum but now after reading Amanduh post about 3 seconds ago!

Shoxfordian · 04/02/2018 20:13

Call the midwife but that always gets me

Clarabumps · 04/02/2018 20:14

On Friday I went to the funeral of a young woman who died suddenly and left a toddler behind. It was bloody heartbreaking. Kept my shit together at the church as I really liked her but I wasn't tremendously close to her. Came home and bawled like a baby. So so sad.

SweetMoon · 04/02/2018 20:14

Was it friends op? That final episode made me cry :(

TruJay · 04/02/2018 20:15

MrsPreston11 oh god yes! Coco broke mine and my mum's heart, we sobbed liked babies, ds 7 said it was a lovely film too. Emotional but lovely.

Lofari Our dd is awaiting autism assessment too, it's been a long, hard road but I also still smile and laugh a lot as well as some tears when I think about what the future may hold. Flowers for you

TheMathsTrainee · 04/02/2018 20:16

A Mumsnet thread about dead loved ones appearing in a dying relative’s vision to take him/her to the other side.Confused

Nottheduchessofcambridge · 04/02/2018 20:16

I left my kettle on with the lid open and went upstairs. It kept boiling and boiling and the steam has ruined the bottom of a kitchen cabinet, it’s all swollen and needs to be replaced. I’m gutted.

SleightOfMind · 04/02/2018 20:17

Glad I’m not the only one who cried during Coco!

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 04/02/2018 20:17

Looking at a picture of my Mum who died last September

TheMathsTrainee · 04/02/2018 20:17

Yes and Coco....similar theme to the Mumsnet thread. Dead relatives and loved ones.

Oysterbabe · 04/02/2018 20:19

There have been a few moments since my son was born 6 weeks ago. My mum died suddenly when I was 24 weeks pregnant and I'm so sad he'll never meet her. I just wish that I could talk to her about him, she loved babies.

iklboo · 04/02/2018 20:19
