Missing my sister who died almost a decade ago but it could be last week. That programme 'Trauma' on tv has set me off over it, have been trying to avoid it. Thanks for giving us somewhere to say thse things.

A couple of weeks ago, a few days after ds was diagnosed with a genetic syndrome after 7 1/2 years of not knowing, stood in the baby stuff aisle of Waitrose. I had to run off to the loos.

Today after spending the afternoon chatting to my uncle who has dementia he always forgets that his sister ( my DM) has passed away. They were very close. It’s heartbreaking. So sorry for everyone on here going through difficult, tough times

I forgot my mum's birthday. She died 27 years ago and I've always remembered. This year it just passed me by. I don't want to forget my lovely mum. I don't want to "get over it". Mum's are amazing.

My DF passed away last week, so quite a few things are setting me off recently.

Watching my 13 year old daughter singing Never Enough from The Greatest Showman, with her teacher. The pure joy in her when she sings always sets me off!

I cut my pupil and Iris on a piece of cardboard and was in A&E over the weekend. I cried because it hurt so much, and also out of fear that I would be left blind in one eye Blush

When Man Utd we're getting beaten by Spurs... in my defence, I've gone into early menopause and I'm emotional over most stuff :(

Tonight thinking about my lovely aunt who passed away almost 2 years ago, it’s coming up to her birthday 😢

Mental note: don’t watch coco

My lovely last remaining guinea pig died today. I cried buckets. She was very elderly and I knew it wouldn't be long but I'm still upset. My dad died 6 weeks ago and I still cry daily over that as well. It's a sad time.

3am this morning when I was BF my DS. I've just started weaning so I'm a ball of hormones anyway but I kept looking at how peacefully snuggled in my arms he was and kept thinking about how I'm going to miss that connection.
