I was watching the final episode of a comedy sketch show and it made me cry (as silly as it sounds ) What was the last thing to make you cry? Xxxx

It was an episode of 24 Hours in A&E. There was such a lovely old lady who had cancer and was brought in because she had developed a really bad infection. They had to ask her what her wishes were in the event that her heart stopped. They handled it so beautifully and then she had the most tender conversation about it with her adult children. Such a lovely, lovely family. I was crying like a child. I love that series, every week so much humanity.

@liv4357 DD and I watch that video at least once a week and cry. She's incredible.

LRL2017 · 05/02/2018 00:45

My 5 month old has been poorly and we had to take her to A & E so a lot of crying this week :(

At Cloudchasings post on this thread. A true gentleman.

Usually Call the Midwife. Always in the last 10 minutes of DIY SOS The Big Build, because of all the lovely trades giving up their time to change lives. I avoid it when having PMT as I become inconsolable and it scares the cat.

My best friend finally realising she needs to stride out on her own with her daughter. I need her to be happy so much.

Yesterday a pic came up on the memory thing on fb, it was me and a work friend on a night out, we were both laughing and probably a bit drunk, a year later she died, cancer is a bitch

Went to see Rat Pack on wednesday and it opened with "Frank" singing "Luck Be a Lady"one of my mums favorite songs. I knew she would have loved it so i shed a tear that she wasnt there any more.

Watching several episodes of 60 minute makeover yesterday and seeing all the lovely transformations, then looking at all the work our house needs and we never seem to manage to do any of it.. feels a bit pathetic really!

Kylie Jenner's baby announcement video.

PolkadotsAndMoonbeams · 05/02/2018 01:37

Miss Saigon (although I don’t think that’s unusual!).

A friend went to see Coco and I texted her later asking how it was and she said “you’ll really like it, but you will cry”. I cried at the end Paddington 2, so it sounds like this probably will set me off!

sashh · 05/02/2018 04:40

Just now, I read BertieBotts link.

Solly76 · 05/02/2018 05:01

Yesterday. The man I love's mum is in intensive care. She had a stroke. The good news is she's stable now

Andromeida29 · 05/02/2018 05:07

Kylie Jenner's baby announcement. Feeling very emotional right now!

Last night thinking my boyfriend had left me because he was an hour later from work than usual (particularly busy night). I'm very pregnant and fed up and very hormonal Blush

Fuckoffee · 05/02/2018 05:17

A local girl unexpectedly died 6 months ago. My dd is the same age and looks very very similar. I was walking home with my dd a couple of days ago. The other girls Dad drove past us in his work van. He suddenly braked hard for no reason and then drove off. I know I’m guessing but I think he might briefly have thought my dd was his dd.

I went home and cried. I couldn’t imagine life without my dd. Poor poor man.

catg83 · 05/02/2018 06:42

A friend paid for my osteopath appointment. I am 7 months pregnant with real hoo issues and skint as. You can't be nice to hormonal women!

DarthNigel · 05/02/2018 06:45

Zubrowka I went through a similar situation 2 years ago... and found similar messages... once you've read them you can't unsee them I know-but please try to bear in mind that people that do that sort of thing have something very very wrong with them. It's not you, it's them. And it does get better...

Whatsinanameanyway201 · 05/02/2018 06:53

I had my car broken into last week. I'm still upset about it now :-(

LittleCandle · 05/02/2018 06:56

Had my cat put to sleep on Saturday morning, just 3 months after having his brother put to sleep. I wept buckets and am still bursting into tears at odd moments. Then watched Call the Midwife last night and cried at it, but I always cry at it.

SabineUndine · 05/02/2018 07:10

Someone pushing me around at work last week.

AndBabyMakes3 · 05/02/2018 14:19

@Namechangedtoscream hope you got good news today

Namechangedtoscream · 05/02/2018 14:23

We got very good news today thank you. So of course I cried again!

My daughter just got a scholarship to the school she wants to go to. We just couldn't afford to send her so it was a long shot. I've spent months telling her how slim the chance was. And she smashed it. Spoke to the headmaster this morning and cried when he said how well she had done in the entrance exam. I'm filling up writing this now.

ItWentInMyEye · 05/02/2018 14:40

To the ending of Madagascar 3 yesterday Blush I'm on my period and was just beyond thrilled when they nailed trapeze americano. 😂

SadieHH · 05/02/2018 14:41

Overhearing DH and my mother talking about me a couple of hours ago. And not in a good way.
