Good afternoon ladies.

I hope I'm not imposing here. During lunch, sister has put me on mums net chat. We would be very grateful for a quick survey please. I have come out to buy the item below as a gift for my wife who is also mother to our 5 children. However, my sister is confusing me by suggesting a different item. I only have until 3pm today.

I feel the item she is proposing looks slightly like a handcuff and also rather plain, but I'm open to feedback. She will post a photo in a moment.

Many thanks

Carlos.

This is the other item she thinks will get worn more.

I personally like the bracelet/cuff more :)

McSleepy · 24/11/2017 13:19

Pendant vote from me

Crispbutty · 24/11/2017 13:19

The necklace

Somethingfantastic89 · 24/11/2017 13:20

I like the pendant more.

Stiddleficks · 24/11/2017 13:20

I like them both clearly no help at all Grin

VelvetKK · 24/11/2017 13:20

I like both. I think the necklace will be used more for special occasions, but the love bangle would get used more often as it would go with more outfits.

catgirl1976 · 24/11/2017 13:21

Necklace :)

Ginmakesitallok · 24/11/2017 13:21

Get them both

TheFrenchLieutenantsMonkey · 24/11/2017 13:21

Depends. What would your wife prefer? Does she wear bangles? Is she a heart person? Personally I like the simplicity of the bangle but I'd wear a necklace more. So I've been absolutely useless...sorry Grin

WhooooAmI24601 · 24/11/2017 13:21

What sort of jewellery does your wife generally wear? If neither are her 'style' there's no point in either.

YoloSwaggins · 24/11/2017 13:22

Definitely the necklace!

The cuff looks like Lindsay Lohan's house arrest ankle tag.

purplecorkheart · 24/11/2017 13:22

I prefer the braclet

ScarlettOH · 24/11/2017 13:22

You’re asking our opinion on an 18k necklace or a 10k bracelet, really? If you’re going to spend so much it would be better if you actually knew your wives taste

BertieBotts · 24/11/2017 13:22

Which is more similar to items of jewellery she already owns? Neither are my taste but I'd pick the bracelet, that pendant looks large ans sparkly, which makes it difficult to carry off without looking tacky. But if she does tend to wear big, sparkly things then it might be alright.

DearMrDilkington · 24/11/2017 13:22

I prefer the bracelet

rosareine · 24/11/2017 13:22

Love the cuff.

I really don't like the necklace.

It really depends on what your wife is into to be honest.

VladmirsPoutine · 24/11/2017 13:22

Go for the pendant. If money isn't an issue then get both. Smile

weebarra · 24/11/2017 13:22

I prefer the bangle, but that's just my taste as I like more simple jewellery.

Crunchymum · 24/11/2017 13:23

Stealth boast much?

Iooselipssinkships · 24/11/2017 13:23

How old are DC? The bangle might be more appropriate in terms of getting broken or pulled etc
Now let's talk about my Cartier present for giving such brilliant advice. Halo

YoloSwaggins · 24/11/2017 13:23

Actually, it's a nice cuff but I'm just biased because I find them so uncomfortable and clunky. What kind of things does your wife wear?

Joinourclub · 24/11/2017 13:24

I prefer the bangle. They are quite different styles. Do you normally get successful gifts? Do your wife and sister have similar taste?

PaxUniversalis · 24/11/2017 13:24

The bangle. It looks more modern than the necklace and it will get worn more.

ineedwine99 · 24/11/2017 13:24

Necklace - it's beautiful!
