He'll turn it when the time is right. It's going to be awesome to watch. The guy is seriously smart and knows exactly what the intel is, and that it's devastating.

He's biding his time, so he won't be accused of anything underhanded. Open hearing and he can say exactly what happened because Trump waived his executive privilege with what he said in his letter sacking Comey.

By mentioning the "thanks for saying I'm not being investigated' Comey is now free to talk about those conversations. This has been confirmed by many a lawyer.
