No worries: I didn't like to think of you worrying about that on top of the rest of it if it could be helped. It looks like there's a LOT of engineering work going on which, combined with the delays, might give the impression of shut-down? But equally, someone could be deliberately trying to stir either a sense of panic or further ill-feeling OR to stop people from trying to join the protests... (Bleh. Humans. Sometimes they are so SO awesome. And other times they are the actual worst things in the world.)
