HI Spero, I understand why you are annoyed by that deletion. I'm not going to tell you you must stay on MN (been here far too long myself - at least 13 years) but take a break and a breather, and then consider coming back. The place would be poorer without you.

But I am also making a serious point. That thread should not have been deleted and the cutesy patronising message just rubbed salt in my already raw and gaping wound.
