I think they're just laughing at her. She is in no way representing black culture for me. It's probably more racist to say she can't try to rap because she's white imo.

Don't see her as 'black culture' or anything to do with black culture how odd! anyone can rap.

She's not a good singer but people mainly laugh because she's a middle aged white woman and middle aged white women committ the awful crime of being older.

To he fair the petulant sulky face of Gifty Louise who went out last week made me quite glad HG was still in. It's a silly show anyway now but the kids like it.

No, I don't think so. She's very clearly taking the piss out of a certain kind of rapper, but a kind that tends to be white - i.e. the kind that pretends to be from 'the hood' when they actually grew up in Chelsea and went to private school.

I thought it was hilarious that Professor Green accused her of taking the piss out of rap... in his fake American hood accent.

She is a middle age woman who auditioned as a rapper and got to the live shows she is pretty naff but not racist or blacking up. Is eminem racist ?

It never even occurred to me, so yes, I think it's unreasonable and taking it too far to think that.

Anyways, I think she's just a joke novelty act and am appalled people are voting for her, there is people on that show who can actually sing and winning would change their lives and open up opportunities for them so to vote for the parody over these folks is unpleasant in my view.

In addition if she is as into and believes in what she as as much as she comes across, I'm concerned for her mental health.

But no, I don't see it as black culture, any trip round London would show you that's not the case.

She isn't serious. I don't find her racist but like I said people trying to emulate what they perceive to be black culture based on cultural or media stereotypes is annoying but laughable.
