Nerd moment: Did you know unicorns are't actually supposed to be a horse with a horn? hey were originally depicted as more like a deer mixed with some other animal I can't remember. they were supposed tobe highly intelligent, magical and could speak to demons.

I don't want no magical deer. I want a bloody great horse with a horn. I've always thought that they are deeply subversive. Like, awwww girls love cute unicorns. How sweet. Actually a fucking great powerful animal that can tear you limb from limb. It's a metaphor or something.

Same with My Little Pony. Awwww cute. Except it's a matriarchal society where the men are just there for manual labour and procreation.

They're definitely supposed to be white. It was antelope! They;'re supposed to look like a mix between a deer and antelope, a shiny white that almost glows.
I just thought that was really cool.
BTW Antelope are massive so they're still horse sized, they just don't look like horses.
Talking about them as if they are real hah I hope they are
