Feeling down about houses today. Went to view one on the estate behind my street today. Its £25 pm more than the one I'm in and its teeny, tiny and poorly maintained (i.e. carpets were worn in holes in places). I am viewing another house on Monday, its slightly bigger than what I'm in but its in a worse area. Not sure whether to compromise on location for the living space or not. Wish my landlord wasn't selling.

I think these threads (that of course no-one responds to) have far outweighed initial expectations. I think we are going from strength to strength.
