I have a viewing on Friday for a property but a large number of other people are higher up the list for it than I am.

The property I have my heart set on is available!

BUT they won't rent to students, something about insurance, however I am supposed to go back to the estate agents (a different one) and talk to Vicky tomorrow to see what we can do.

You seem to be getting stung under one arbitrary rule after another and yet you would be so perfect to rent to.

I hope you find someone who has some sense about them soon. Would be nice to get it sorted and relax a bit between now and October.
