None smoker. Never even tried it.
Never done drugs.
Live comfortably. Happy with my lot.
I'm 40.

StickTheDMWhereTheSunDontShine · 20/07/2016 00:22

Only when I'm on fire.

Did for a few years - mostly at work because I didn't feel the need when on holiday, then dropped it as soon as I realised I was pregnant.

StickTheDMWhereTheSunDontShine · 20/07/2016 00:23

Tried weed once. Boring.

hollinhurst84 · 20/07/2016 00:23

30 a day. Smoked for 20 years
Quit 7 weeks ago and now use an e cig

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 20/07/2016 00:23

I steam a lot of the time, mind Grin

gamerchick · 20/07/2016 00:26

Bunch of weird questions there. It's like one of those questionnaires which ask if you've ever felt like killing yourself amongst what is your favourite jam.

Thelobstereffect · 20/07/2016 00:27

PlumDogMillionaire · 20/07/2016 00:29

I would say they are factors relevant to smoking, aren't they?

PlumDogMillionaire · 20/07/2016 00:32

paxillin · 20/07/2016 00:34

Do we need to leave saliva for a DNA test or will fingerprints be enough?

Thelobstereffect · 20/07/2016 00:38

Go easy on op just a curious mumsnetter wishing to get to know her fellow mums a bit better

RastafarianTargaryen · 20/07/2016 00:39

Have never smoked. Could never wrap my head around people spending their money on making themselves smelly and antisocial.

Age: 35
Disposable income: loadsa money
History of drug/alcohol abuse: none existent.

MyKingdomForBrie · 20/07/2016 00:40

Well done hollin ! None smoker, tried it as a teenager but hated it thankfully.

PlumDogMillionaire · 20/07/2016 00:42

Thanks lobster!

its interesting the social/antisocial aspect - I know a lot of people smoke for the sociable aspect like fag breaks at work and smoking areas at pubs and bars

OP posts:
PlumDogMillionaire · 20/07/2016 00:43

yes second that, good on you hollin

MarcelineTheVampire · 20/07/2016 00:43

I do- not around DC though. Desperately need to quit as I do hate it but started again after DC as I needed a fag break once in a while.

Live comfortably and within my means.

Doinmummy · 20/07/2016 00:43

52 , single parent , certainly not financially loaded , started when I was 35 (stupid idiot) gave up once for nearly a year , started again during a very stressful time. Hate it .

Ilovemygsd · 20/07/2016 00:45

30, smoked 20/25 a day from young teenager until 18mth ago. Now I'm over a stone fatter, have occasional cig if I've had a drink. And a pack of 20 on my birthday... I miss smoking. Quit for health and money

Doinmummy · 20/07/2016 00:46

It actually takes real commitment to become hooked on fags ! I remember the first one I had was foul, made me all dizzy and sicky so why the hell did I persevere ?ConfusedConfusedConfused

CakeNinja · 20/07/2016 00:46

YABVVVU stamps out fag

I'm 31, smoke 20 , sometimes 30 over a week (roughly between 3-4 a day although more when I go out) plenty of disposable income, have taken drugs although wouldn't touch any nowadays.
I have 3 DC and have never smoked in the house, they have rarely seen my smoke because I tend to only do so in the evenings although they have seen me do so occasionally.
I'm not proud of smoking, although I admit to loving it. I definitely welcome how unsociable it's becoming because I wouldn't like mine to start. Hypocrite, me?! Never!

EverySongbirdSays · 20/07/2016 00:48

35, finally managed to quit last year, regret ever starting,

Don't really drink, maybe a glass of wine once a month, last got drunk about 3 years ago.

Have done weed approx 3 times

PlumDogMillionaire · 20/07/2016 00:49

it's so interesting to hear your situations, agreed cake - wouldn't want mine to start so maybe it's time to lead by example... Bring on the weight gain haha Confused

Ellieboolou27 · 20/07/2016 00:50

Yes, not around dc, live comfortably aged 38,no history of drug abuse but did try weed in my teens.

CatsTats · 20/07/2016 00:53

I do, not around dc though. Stopped when I was pregnant both times then stupidly started again. I smoke outside, never done drugs and I drink about twice a year.

FastWindow · 20/07/2016 00:55

Why do you want to know my disposable income? Is it so you can put me into a demographic?

I call survey.
