I have PCOS & adult acne. The spots I have now thought, aren't as much fun as the ones I used to get. They are more sore & cystic. They don't explode like when I was a teenager!

My best ever spot was when I was about 14. It was on the top of my lip. It was sore & throbbing for days. Felt like I was walking about with a marble on my face. I exercised great restraint as there was no head appearing so I left it alone to ripen but one day I gave it a little experimental squeeze. And a bit of white appeared! That meant it was time! I took a deep breath and squeezed firmly. It exploded! A huge, solid chunk of pus hit the mirror. And then again, doof, another bit of pus hit the mirror. Then, third squeeze, a final bit of white came out. Then a tiny bit of blood. The lump had totally gone. I had to lie down for an hour! Then, it was like it had never been there, face felt normal. The relief was immense.

What was your best spot?!!

I saw Spot and was transported back to my childhood where we had books about Spot who used to hide behind things. I was going to say "you dirty dirty bast%$#s" I feel slightly relieved now....

Not exactly sporn as such, but I once had an infected bite on my left thigh that had swollen up to the size of an extra large egg. It was FULL of pus and liquid, I just knew it, but had tried everything to get it out with no success. In the end I took a scalpel to it, as I was leaning over cutting into my own leg the pressure squeezed a load of juice right into my face.

Was squeezing it for well over an hour and stuff just kept coming. Never seen or had anything like it since!!! Twas fucking painful though...

Oh fellow Sporners, thankyou for this afternoon treat! Reading your stories has put me into a sort of zoned out happy trance!

My best ever was a massive, red, shiny, hard lump on the side of my chin. It was so huge it warped the shape of my face in profile, like an extra head I shit you not. And so painful.. (I'd had a couple of fiddles and only succeeded in angering it..)
Went camping for a few days and let it 'mature' then one evening I decided to have one last go.. It wept some pale yellow juice first then an almighty pop and a glorious release of pressure, as a huge ball of hard white pus emerged steadily from the hole in my face. This was impressive enough but was then followed by streams and streams of smooth yellow pus.
After it had given all it had, the skin left behind when the pus had gone was actually wrinkled and baggy, such was the scale of the spot. It actually took a while to go back to normal. Oh, the sweet, sweet relief though!

Best. Ever. Have actually really enjoyed reliving it!!

Two words...

Bartholin Cyst.

It was worth the 4 preceding days of agony when that baby finally burst. Rivers of pus which kept coming over several days. I long for another one.

Oh the mythical bartholin cyst, I dream of such unbridled joy!!!

I had one in my nethers that I sat on the bathroom floor to squeeze after piercing it and it squirted a foot across the bathroom floor.
Probably the worst ever though was in the same place
It was starting to really hurt to walk. I stood in the bath and pierced it and loads of pus was just dripping and dripping into the bath. Turned out to be an ingrown hair and I was able to pull the coiled up hair out.

Ah, perfect reading for a Saturday evening.

Just a few months ago I had a shocking incident that I was not mentally prepared for at all.

I became aware of something raised on my rib cage under my arm just where my bra strap was. That's odd I think - lets have a look in the mirror.

I am standing 40cm away from the full length mirror and see a raised but flat red area. I place two fingers flatly against my skin near by to angle it better to see in the mirror and BLAM! Out shot an explosion of clear liquid hitting the mirror. I pressed again and I kid you not... it went again hitting the mirror from quite some distance.

Then after these two explosions thick white stuff comes out like an endless worm. I squeeze and squeeze and it just keeps on coming. Eventually,, I get some blood and I think I'm done, but I had to keep on it for days.

Reader, it was thrilling.

I had one on the top of my thigh recently (sorry, pre mums-net, I'm new!) and as I'm on warfarin when it finally came to a head the thing haemorrhaged. Omg it was awful.
On a lighter note I have a lumpy thing on my chest that I squeeze every now and again. This white stuff comes out that stinks. Very sadly pleasurable though!

Chest ones are good! The ones in between the boobs where it gets sweaty.

As a student I had to do a hospital placement. Well anyways one day this patient came in with a massive swelling on the cheek that had to be excised and I got to assist. Oh the joy! The different consistencies, the amount of stuff.

More recently had a patient come in with a lump about the size of half an egg in the roof of the mouth. Poor thing was in agony. That one was quite juicy too. I also enjoy it when an extraction is juicy.
