I mean, what are the criteria for slanket buying?

Do you have to be over 50? - check

Prone to feeling chilly? - check

Not too proud about what you look like? - check (in the privacy of my own home obviously. I wouldn't go out in it...

I gave mine to the puppy, it just wasn't snuggly enough.

I do have my eye on a fluffy electric blanket thing though.

I have a couple but they are both horrible nylon and make me carry about 10,000 volts . I got mine in my 30s and am fabulous if that helps.

My dp (now dh) bought me a slanket 5 years ago. I was 27. Its still the best gift he ever got me. Used often and i love it. Would quite lije a new one but it may not be as snuggly

I have one of these. In fact I'm using it right now.

I don't have a slanket, but I do have a GORGEOUS knitted blanket my friend knitted for us me for Christmas. It's actually a late wedding pressie, but no way is it going on the bed/am I sharing with DH, it's my settee 'blankie'! .

Luxury slankets. Cashmere slankets. With a faux fur trim.
