I'm using my new toy for the first time - currently vaping Joose Juice vanilla. Oh my dear good GOD this is good - although may add some apple in a bit!

(Only one cig since last Friday too.)

Again - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU all you wonderful ladies, I wouldn't be doing this if it weren't for you Grin

magimedi · 26/02/2014 16:39

Fluz - Well done on only 1 cig.

Vaping is great, isn't it?

OP posts:
Fluz · 26/02/2014 16:49

magi - YES! I'm so happy Grin

KatieScarlett2833 · 26/02/2014 17:12

Well done missus Grin

Allergictoironing · 26/02/2014 17:19

Nice one Fluz Grin. The term was given to me by my SIL Magi, usually used by her in relation to clothes shopping as in she goes out for one item & comes home with 3-4.

I decided I can't wait for the good weather, especially as I have a friend staying tomorrow night, so I washed all the curtains & nets from the living room today - 1 enormous picture window & 1 double French window's worth, 6 washes in all! Living room already smells fresher, hoping I'll have time to get the guest bedroom ones washed & up tonight so they'll be dry for tomorrow; I never had any reason to smoke in that room, but the smell does pervade the whole house.

(Stands up)
Hi, I'm Katie and I'm an accidental shopper...

MsIngaFewmarbles · 26/02/2014 18:40

Shopping accident :)

Ok I really need an answer, do I have to wait a week for my joose juices as I am OUT of all other eliquid?

KatieScarlett2833 · 26/02/2014 18:44

I would vape the lightest coloured one (utterly unscientific, never peer reviewed opinion) because I think the dark ones are best left for a while, they seem to mature, like whisky Smile

MsIngaFewmarbles · 26/02/2014 18:47

Phew thanks Katie. Will they be ok a bit early?

KatieScarlett2833 · 26/02/2014 18:52

They'll be fine Smile

Ledare · 26/02/2014 19:15

In the Spring, a young vaper's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of a purple battery the colour of the crocuses on the roundabouts

(Alfred, Lord Tennyson)

Bought new clearos and no blue or purple yet again. The separate blue one I ordered didn't arrive so I was refunded. I seem destined to never own one Sad

Allergictoironing · 26/02/2014 19:16

MsInga go to Alchemists Cupboard where they have a whole page on steeping and shortcuts Smile

Allergictoironing · 26/02/2014 19:23

Aw Ledare that's not fair! Sad

Ledare · 26/02/2014 19:28

My airing cupboard meth lab has been very effective. The liquids which arrived a day ago have darkened and ripened already with judicious shaking and air-popping.

Unsteeped is perfectly okay if they are vapeable!

Ledare · 26/02/2014 19:39

I have had a shopping accident at ilovesooty's link since I had a few pounds from teh refund Grin

MsIngaFewmarbles · 26/02/2014 19:45

Thanks, they've been in a padded envelope next to the radiator in my room so I'll start shaking them too.

Ledare · 26/02/2014 19:52

Take the tops off and put them into tupperware or pudding ramekins (I used to use these as ashtrays)

Airing cupboard floor (unless you have inquisitive toddlers - my teen doesn't actually know where her clean bedding is) and shake / smell them three times a day or more then squeeze the air out.

A life, you say? Grin

FlockOfTwats · 26/02/2014 20:20

I missed it this morning, but can someone explain what this mornings eu thing means? OH is rubbish at explaining.

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 26/02/2014 20:50

I've just skimmed Clive bates's blog post - looks like we've basically lost (for now) SadAngry

  • 20mg strength limit
  • 10ml volume limit on bottles
  • no tanks that hold more than 2ml
  • 6 months notice before bringing new ecig models to market
  • no commercial sponsorship of forums etc.

I shall be putting in a couple of large orders in the next few days.

I have heard that something is happening in 2016 - some sort of review of legislation, but I don't know the details.

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 26/02/2014 20:59

In the midst of my despondency ... Fluz, well done that's brilliant! GrinFlowers

ilovesooty · 26/02/2014 20:59

Ledare it is tempting isn't it?

And as for the MEPs today I'm disgusted.

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 26/02/2014 21:01

Is it time to compile a list of what we should all put in our vapers OFRS?

MsIngaFewmarbles · 26/02/2014 21:04

Shit so no 30ml bottles then? Do we get to keep flavours other than tobacco? When will this come into effect here?

FlockOfTwats · 26/02/2014 21:17

Watching a live discussion online now.
Apparently most UK MEPs voted against the regulation!! That's something positive for us at least? Because this only applies if the uk government put it into force here doesn't it?

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 26/02/2014 21:20

As far as I know this applies across EU. What are you watching Flock do you have a link?
