This is now our third thread.

Too many "at it" s in that post. Probably the after effects of the GA!

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 12/02/2014 20:27

That's great news Ledaire! Flowers

Do you have to wait for lab results or are you in the clear?

KatieScarlett2833 · 12/02/2014 20:30

Good to hear things went well today Ledaire Smile
Today I stealth vaped in the loo and thought of you Grin

Ledaire · 12/02/2014 20:31

Three weeks for the results but both doctors were reassuring.

Ha! At the loo stealth vaping.

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 12/02/2014 20:43

Talisa, it's great advice to visit your local vape shop if you have one. I don't, and if I was spending your money (Wink) I'd get this kit (they do a few different colours I think) and spend the last tenner on a few different flavours of liquid from Joose Juice and/or Premier ecig.

The batteries in the kit are not huge but you get two of them and, with the spare coils, you have everything you will need for a few months.

Most people seem to do ok starting on 18mg (1.8%) liquid.

Good luck!

MsMarvel - there is completely no evidence that vaping is a gateway to smoking, despite what the eu bods are trying to claim. However, you may develop a hand-to-mouth habit (which is deadly, apparently). I suppose the biggest risk is you'll be more likely to try an ecig with nicotine in it and may become hooked on vaping. You're a grown up though Smile

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 12/02/2014 20:44

Today I stealth vaped in Stratford station Grin

KatieScarlett2833 · 12/02/2014 20:47

I'm loving the stealth vape location posts. Particularly as I'm a complete goody two shoes law abiding citizen normally. It feels good to be bad Wink

Ledaire · 12/02/2014 21:16

My anaesthetist thinks vaping is an evil gateway to nicotine addiction - like alcopops.

I didn't think it was quite the time for a debate with the canula in my hand ready to go...

Allergictoironing · 12/02/2014 21:39

Glad it all went OK today Ledaire Smile. Fingers crossed for the biopsy results coming back clear.

I feel very wimpish - best/worst (depending on your point of view) I've ever stealth vaped has been in the entrance lobby area at ASDA. I even feel a little guilty vaping in my own garage, as my (non-smoking) best friend keeps one of his kit cars in there so I didn't smoke in there before.

Plenty - was that the "normal" station or the International? Because outside of the rush hour the International always looks like the aftermath of the Armageddon with not a living creature in sight (not even pigeons). Then again, massive walls of stained concrete reaching to the skies with the occasional rusty iron strut aren't exactly conducive to hanging around there!

FlockOfTwats · 12/02/2014 22:50

Oh i will be ordering some hangsrn liquids from that link plenty. Are they good? What is delivery like time and price wise?

magimedi · 12/02/2014 23:03

I've vaped openly whilst walking round Tesco! No one said a word. Must admit that I did it without thinking - stress of shopping = needed vape!

Haven't tried it in dr's surgery waiting area - yet! Grin

Virtual Wine as prize for best stealth vape??

OP posts:
Cantabile · 12/02/2014 23:34

I stealth vaped in Tesco today too, and at the optician's. No prizes for either of those. DH has said he'd like to go to the Oxford exhibition (?) in London next week, so I'll try to do it there.

Is there a time limit on this competition?

Ledaire · 13/02/2014 00:00

I've vaped in Boots opticians and empty aisles in Tesco

We should have a thread in chat where pictures can be posted. No time limit.

Oxford Exhibition would be ace!

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 13/02/2014 08:45

You lot just invented vapenomination didn't you? Grin

It was the normal station, in the seating area of a coffee booth. I wasn't that stealthy, I had my mvp with a big clearo on top, I just tried not to make clouds (pro tip: exhale while blowing on a hot cup of coffee Wink).

Flock, I like Hangsen liquids - I buy RY4, RY6, coffee flavours and vanilla. They're 80% PG so good throat hit and they don't need steeping.

Allergictoironing · 13/02/2014 10:42

Flock I really like the Hangsen liquids too, good flavour and I gather they go through proper quality control (which you don't always get with smaller companies). I ordered from Premiere ecig (2nd time from them) at about 11.30am yesterday, and the juice just dropped through my door about 5 mins ago.

I am now about to visit my next door neighbour and give her the almost full packet of cigs I had left in the cupboard and a pile of disposable lighters - having not had a cig now since Monday night! Think I've finally cracked those last 2 I couldn't lose before Grin Wine.

QueenStromba · 13/02/2014 11:55

Glad the biopsy went well and the doctors think you're probably in the clear Ledaire.

Well done on dropping those last two cigs Allergic :)

Does anyone else find the Joose Juice gingerbread a bit minty tasting?

Allergictoironing · 13/02/2014 13:39

Well back from next door neighbours, 3 hours of sitting in her kitchen with her smoking the cigs I took round and not even having a single urge to have one myself. I think I've finally done it!

I think I'll have a try of the Banana milkshake flavour that arrived this morning, to celebrate Grin.

magimedi · 13/02/2014 13:42

You really have cracked it, Allergic. Well done!

Did you find the smell unpleasant?

I think there's no time limit on stealth vaping - let's all see where we can do it (as it were Grin)

OP posts:
Allergictoironing · 13/02/2014 14:00

TBH I didn't notice the smell as much as I thought I would. Probably because my own house is probably still a bit stinky - this isn't exactly the right weather for me to have thrown all the windows open to air the house out, and wash all the curtains & soft furnishings!

Up to London tomorrow for a job interview (eek) Shock, so may try a few stealth vapes on the way to & from there.

Ledaire · 13/02/2014 14:21

Thanks Queen, and well done Allergic!

All the best for your interview Smile

Grin at Vapenominations.

Ledaire · 13/02/2014 14:23

Oh, meant to say I find Hangsen chocolate a bit minty. I can only ever use it with my spinner after adjusting the voltage.

I need another Spinner, clearly.

Allergictoironing · 13/02/2014 14:33

You can never have enough Spinners Ledaire Wink. I shall be finding out about the Hangsen chocolate either today or tomorrow as I saw that Premiere ecig does 10ml bottles for £2 & I just couldn't resist trying a few new flavours at that price in my favourite make - I will wait until my spinner is off the charger first though (I neeeed another spinner!!!)

Ledaire · 13/02/2014 14:48

Sorry, it was the liquid I bought from the Socialite shop. Very similar bottles.

We do need new Spinners though.

Allergictoironing · 13/02/2014 15:00

Yay spinner charged. Now to see what the chocolate tastes like, with raspberry buns Wink.

magimedi · 13/02/2014 15:52

Good Luck for tomorrow, Allergic .
