I'm just going to try not to think about it too much!

Sparklingbrook · 21/10/2012 10:38

That link needs a warning. No it isn't right or sane.

Trills · 21/10/2012 10:39

Want to tell us a bit more about your views?

Rather than just a link? I don't yet know if I want to click that or not.

LST · 21/10/2012 10:39

Oh my god... Shock

JeezyOrangePips · 21/10/2012 10:40

I was all prepared to say YABU. But you are not. That's just wrong.

Sparklingbrook · 21/10/2012 10:40

Trills it is a woman who breastfeeds her dog. Hmm

TheDeathAndGlories · 21/10/2012 10:40

breastfeeding a dog Trills

GrimAndHumourless · 21/10/2012 10:40

yes please be careful and consider before opening, folks

SHRIIIEEEKPoolingBearBlood · 21/10/2012 10:41

"Graham first started breastfeeding the "runt of the litter and underweight" Spider when the pug started licking the teat of the bottle she had filled to breastfeed her son... And the rest is rather bizarre history."

That sentence makes no sense. How can you breastfeed someone with a bottle. The whole story is a "point and laugh at the freaks" one, and I'm guessing she;s in it for the dosh.

Sparklingbrook · 21/10/2012 10:41

Bottle feeding the dog would of course be the correct thing to do. Wink

threesocksonathreeleggedwitch · 21/10/2012 10:41

yanbu
that is not right at all

don't click link if you don't want to see a woman breastfeeding a dog

LST · 21/10/2012 10:41

Why grim?

JeezyOrangePips · 21/10/2012 10:41

It's not a dodgy link (Huffington Post). It's a dodgy story though.

SHRIIIEEEKPoolingBearBlood · 21/10/2012 10:41

really? is clicking on the link really upsetting people that much? This is a load of crap.

OscarPistoriusGirlfriend · 21/10/2012 10:41

You do not want to click that link.

That's plain fucking odd.

BedHog · 21/10/2012 10:42

Ugh - who wants stinky dog slobber all over their norks?!

tilder · 21/10/2012 10:42

Why?

Just why?

And then put it in the paper?

Why would you do that?

ScaryBeardyDeadyman · 21/10/2012 10:42

Oh you party poopers! Where's the shock value now? Grin

OP posts:
IWipeArses · 21/10/2012 10:42

Objectively I don't think it's necessarily totally wrong. There's more than one culture round that bf animals routinely.
Is it weird in modern western society? Yes!

What do you propose we do about it?

Sparklingbrook · 21/10/2012 10:42

You may not want to click on it if you have children nosing over your shoulder.

SHRIIIEEEKPoolingBearBlood · 21/10/2012 10:43

money. And/or shock value.

I still want to know how she was planning to breastfeed her child with a bottle (I assume they mean it was ebm). The whole thing is a pile of doggy do.

ellathefox · 21/10/2012 10:43

I once read about a woman who breastfed her cat so this woman isn't the only one!

ScaryBeardyDeadyman · 21/10/2012 10:43

Or dogs sparkling! They might get ideas...

OP posts:
squeakytoy · 21/10/2012 10:44

oh for heavens sakes, it isnt graphic, or even in need of a warning!!! get a grip Grin

Sparklingbrook · 21/10/2012 10:44

I love my cat but that would be a step too far. No dogs here.
