Yes thank you, I cooked a big Sunday roast - it was like Xmas all over again!

Yup! Snuggled up with DS all morning watching cartoons in my bed. It was one of those times where you think "try to remember this!" When he's 15 I still want to think of how little and cuddly he was at four, all cuddled up in his dinosaur pajamas and laughing like a loon at Tom and Jerry. :)

Some of his friends are coming over later to build a snowman. That's pretty much the extent of my agenda for the day :o

Gomummy it's about 15 - 20 minute drive to near where Valium lives

And about 25-30 minutes from here to tea's

Aghh things been busy here lately , trying to catch up on all my errands that have been on hold the last 2 weeks while the dc's were off school sick , plus visiting two of my very good friends who are in hospital ATM ( you would think they could make life easier on me and be in the same hospital haha)

Good, some of his friends came over to play and we made it together. Might make another in the backyard. :)

He had a few rough times with his friends...they are older than him (7 and 6) and he has a bit of that "only-child-not-good-at-sharing" thing going on. :( I hate that!

H E L L O !!!!!!!

I'm here but in rough shape with a migraine. Took injections last night and this morning to no avail (maybe 10% improvement). Wearing my attractive migracap and eating painkillers like mints to try to cope. Can't keep anything down though, so really just a waste of perfectly good medication.

DS trying to be helpful thankfully, makes me feel badly enough that he has to see me like this. :(

Weather here is really odd. Where we live is extremely windy all the time to begin with but last night all night and today the wind is insane!!! Power is out all over the place (thankfully not here yet as we need the heating!). It's hard to begin to describe how stupidly windy it is but when I went outside this morning to feed the critters, my hat blew off, and I just watched it go, it was almost a kilometer away before I took a few steps! Strange. Very strange.

Hope you all are well. Save a piece of that apple pie for me for when things improve Elmo!
