OP posts:
Summerbird73 · 12/05/2011 21:47

oh god i ventured over there over the last couple of days and it is horrific. i am in the middle of a bunfight with a right bitch who basically told me that my MC wasnt her problem and that i should get off her thread because i told her she sounds immature (i disagreed with her OP - she tricked her DH into getting her PG and is desperate for a boy just to please him....) oh and i never told her that my MC was her problem... Hmm

also looked at the 'How is Mumsnet' I didnt post as i was almost in tears - they are so NASTY about us

i feel all unclean (only staying on as i think i have managed to sell our sofa bed on there!) Grin

Summerbird73 · 12/05/2011 21:48

meant to say - on the 'how shit is mumsnet' thread i so desperately wanted to post this:

'I fucking love mumsnet me - you can all fuck off and when you get there fuck off some more'

Bohica · 12/05/2011 21:50

summer can you post a link for the 2 threads? I didn't know they had a How shit is Mumsnet thread going >

I have a spreadsheet for the bitches over there

HecateQueenOfTheNight · 12/05/2011 21:51

my god. Someone said to you that your MC wasn't her problem?

How cold.

And they say WE'RE mean! Shock

Bohica · 12/05/2011 21:56

Sorry summer I was going to add that the poster sounds like an insensitive bitch but nothing suprises me over there.

How shit is Mumsnet thread

I never got on with it. Is it sort of more like governmenty-like? A bit more "official" so therefore quite patronising..."No, you're not a bad mum, you're doing a great job, it wasn't easy cutting down from 60 to 20 fags a day what with all the stress of being pregnant, have a doughnut and make yourself feel better, never mind that your BMI is 562..." Grin

Over here we'd tell it like it is!!

InAStateOfReflux · 12/05/2011 22:08

Sorry, I hadn't read previous post when I posted that, almost a bit too near to the mark - maybe not appropriate for me to post that.

You're right De Vere, jokes aside, that is horrible. Sad

thefirstMrsDeVere · 12/05/2011 22:23

Not at all inastate TBH I think that perhaps I am the one who is being a bit innapropriate but I have been brooding on it for a bit.

A HV did come and give good and accurate advice but it was peppered with hug emoticons, this mixed up with quite a few people going mad at the OP just made for a bit of a mess.

I dont think I have ever felt so concerned about a thread.

confuddledDOTcom · 12/05/2011 22:41

Oh my, MrsD, that's horrid Shock

My nephew was born without an anus, they created one for him but he doesn't have a sphincter so no control. When he first started to use his new anus he was always constipated and because he couldn't push it out we had to sort of squeeze it like a spot (we all lived together at Mum's in those days so I've done it a couple of times) and that was horrible enough.

My eldest's bowels don't work properly because of her gestation so she has two different laxatives, a few times I've had to do the spot squeezing thing with her too. Her stools are sometimes so big that she has a purple ring afterwards because it bruised her - as horrible as it sounds I'm glad she's not in nappies and I don't have to look at it anymore Sad

Never would anyone have thought to stick their fingers in either child to pull it out!

crashingwaves · 12/05/2011 22:45

I have never been on Netmums but I'm going to have to join!

Pregnancyforum don't like their mods being challenged either.

corsa100 · 12/05/2011 22:47

I have just responded to that thread. My post has most probably been deleted by now lol

Oops x posted. I am not on the toileting thread Blush

thefirstMrsDeVere · 12/05/2011 22:54

Sorry corsa, its me causing all the confusion Smile

ItDoesntBodenWell · 12/05/2011 23:01

MrsD, does this look familiar?
I noticed it last night and my antennae pinged

confuddledDOTcom · 12/05/2011 23:05

I just said to OH that if they'd taken advice then they'd be on laxatives first. It's horrible enough having to manipulate poo out of them from the outside, I can't believe anyone would consider going inside a child without first getting medical advice!

Still here, lots of fidgeting and tightening but they don't seem to be going anywhere. I'm not expecting it to be much past the end of next week, if she does she'll be my biggest yet!

corsa100 · 12/05/2011 23:11

No probs Mrs Devere. I know you from NM. I was the poster who was with you throughout that bloody stupid thread about the supposedly sexually abused child.

thefirstMrsDeVere · 12/05/2011 23:20

OMG another weird thread Hmm

NMs at its best that one. All that clamouring for details 'pm me hun if you want to chat' . Horrid.

thefirstMrsDeVere · 12/05/2011 23:21

itdoesnt farking hell!

thefirstMrsDeVere · 12/05/2011 23:21

Maybe I should ask for my posts to be deleted?

Bohica · 12/05/2011 23:30

Don't worry MrsD, it all makes sense when you read it from the beginning.

If it was netmums you wouldn't need to ask Grin

thefirstMrsDeVere · 12/05/2011 23:48

done it. Not in the mood for an all out cyber war. Will be watching though.

amberleaf · 13/05/2011 07:41

OMG MrsD that constipation story sounds awful, id be worrying about that too.

What is wrong with people!

thefirstMrsDeVere · 13/05/2011 07:43

I am waiting to get those comments deleted amber as she has turned up on here.

Come on MODS please
