veg2grow - brushing your teeth after eating sugar is the worst thing you can do. the sugar weakens the enamal and also raises acidity in the mouth which will not return to normal levels for around half an hour even if you brush. if you brush within this time you are just increasing the amount of damage. eating some cheese can help neutralise the acid.

We have a DFS brown leather sofa. It really is better than the last one we had, which was given to us by my ILs from their posh furniture shop. Hated it. Love my DFS one. So there!
