I've missed you all, too and it is lovely to be back home on the raft.

Oh, but we need Pointless so we can stage an AIBU Books Nativity. It would be a waste not to now llandb has so thoughtfully provided us with a real, live baby to put in the manger (even if he isn't called Buttercup).

...I'm a girl and it's being cut to make a wig. But I am very sad about it because I think it's my one beauty...

Oh, sorry, Unruly, it is rather unkind for your first AIBU. The trap was laid for people more used to my meanness vagaries. And dusty, tottering piles rule here too.

It is so nice to be back, Elephants, and in the usual state of happy perplexity! Like a strayed sheep, I always find my way home in the end. MCP on the strange noises!

I don't know much more about the Booklet. He arrived via the sunroof yesterday morning and he isn't that "littel" because he's 9lb 5oz. And did I mention he is gorgeous.

...I'm not blind, thank goodness, and I'm not Indian although I'd love to visit India. But we aren't rich any more so I don't suppose I ever shall. Still, I do have more freedom now we're poor...

CJ was being Mortmain from I Capture the Castle IIRC.

Mine was The Snowman which I hope I did adequately, because I haven't read it since the age of about 7. Seemed apt.
