@myghastisflabbered hope your sleeping improves. Theres nothing worse than no sleep is there x
I have set a new mini goal on my dry app
Id set it as 30 days which i set twice which i passed yay! So just set myself a new 40 day challenge now to take me.up to 100 days. The thought of having a drink now makes me feel a bit sick. I just imagine how bad my body would feel now if i.started drinking again its just not worth it for me x

Well done @showmethegin
@Haggisfish hope your day 1 went well.
Had a pretty low week last week but stuck to my moderation goal and rolled into this week in a better space.
Everyone else: thanks for being here and keeping me accountable. I do feel so much better for not sinking into a bottle of wine nearly evening.

Well done all.well done myghastisflabbered - you get a nice day!
I caved while cooking, so no sleep and feel blurgh. Why do I do it? It all seems so entirely reasonable at 6 pm and so crap later on. Was doing so well in January too. Tonight! Tonight I will NOT a drink!

@MyGhastIsFlabbered hope you're feeling a bit better now. It's so easy to pour one glass and then suddenly the whole bottle is gone.
For me, I think the running is really helping me to stay off the booze. I've been trying to run every other day and it's giving me something to focus on. And it's making me feel really good so I don't want to drink and feel all groggy and rubbish. Do you want to join me for some runs this week? I'm hoping to get out tomorrow morning.

I think we just forget its going to make us feel rubbish once we are a glass down doesnt it. Its like childbirth, you forget about the pain until the next time!!!
Maybe if you know youve got some exercise planned your not likely to drink as who wants to do anything with a hangover!
