I would love to have another daughter (or a son)
I know I'm blessed to have my three though.

They do seem like a nice, happy family.

HalfTermHero · 12/03/2010 15:41

Oh how I shall cackle if the fourth is a girl. There is something that tickles me about rich people not being able to have what they so desperately want, lol. Would also serve them right for being so insensitive to their daughters' feelings. of course they will see what their idiot parents said in the press once they are older.

IWouldNotCouldNotWithAGoat · 30/07/2010 11:26

haha

what a lot of sad, bitter crones some of you are

draftywindows · 30/07/2010 11:52

How cruel Halfterm. As a woman who cannot have a second child for a myriad of reasons, some of them financial I wish them well even if it is tinged with some well meaning envy.

frecklyspeckly · 06/08/2010 22:34

They seem a nice family although I suspect that I have partially bankrolled this new baby. This is because my best friend is one of 'his' consultants for 'his' parties of homewares. I can't say no to her, and I go to all her parties and end up purchasing expensive bowls I cannot afford. It's worse than any cult, her personality has completely changed since she started it!

GenevieveHawkings · 14/08/2010 10:14

Well, how could Jamie be expected to remember how old this latest sprog is when he's never at home to see it?

Isn't it well documented that Jools can't stick the fact that he's always away working? She keeps churning babies out like a malfunctioning sausage machine as a distraction technique and then moans when he can barely remember how many he's got, let alone how old they all are!!

Good luck to them though!

TheMoonOnAStick · 16/08/2010 16:34

'churning babies out like a malfunctioning sausage machine as a distraction technique'

What a vile thing to sayHmmSad

GetOrfMoiLand · 16/08/2010 16:39

Some vile comments on this thread altogether.

What the bloody hell is so wrong with them? yes Jamie Oliver is rather annoying, but to rip his family to shreds is a bit low.

GenevieveHawkings · 16/08/2010 19:59

Oh the good old "sausage machine" analogy - gets 'em going everytime!

SpringHeeledJack · 17/08/2010 12:37

I luuuuuurve Jamie Oliver and his lovely apple cheeked family

they can have as many as they like

PosieParker · 17/08/2010 12:40

Oh my God, Can't think of anything truly awful Jamie or Jools have done....in fact they seem like a nice couple with decent values.

How hideous that so many contributors to this thread say such vile things, it is a damning reflection on themselves and I seriously hope noone connected to the family ever read this.

LadyBiscuit · 17/08/2010 12:52

They are nice people with nice children. Blimey this is a very odd thread

CrochetGirl · 04/09/2010 21:59

How peculiar that so many of you seem to have so much hostility towards a couple that you don't even know.

What exactly should a celebrity family be like? Like Victoria Beckham who is never pictured smiling and won't eat anything that isn't low fat/ no salt/ washed in the springs of Switzerland/ served on a bed of £50 notes? Like Ashley Cole who can't keep it in his pants or off his phone for more than five minutes? Like Angelina Jolie who seems intent on adopting a child from every continent and then spending their lives marching them round the globe purportedly 'saving the world'?

There are no celebrity mums who will ever be able to do anything right for some of you because you are all bitter and jealous, and rather than thinking, 'ooh, what a lovely couple, good role models, seemingly down to earth and more importantly, never in the centre of some 'sex n drugs' tabloid scandal', all you can think is that they're 'smug' because they have money. Pah, how immature.

I think they seem like a very nice couple, and good luck to them. If I had that money, I too would 'churn out babies like a malfunctioning sausage machine'. God, some of you are right oddballs on this thread.
