Influx of far-right posters

Why has the site suddenly had an influx of far-right posters? Almost overnight.

Is this a concerted campaign by the black shirts from Dover, Reform or Tommy ten names to infiltrate women's SM?

I said bots. Not right-wing bots. There are bots and trolls of all types operating across SM.

I also didn't say most right wing posts are bots. That would be a ridiculous claim to make.

For everyone that claims the BBC is left wing there is also someone that claims it’s Right Wing. It can’t win. I’ve listened to phone ins every day for the last two years, (as they happen to be on as I’m driving to work), and you will often hear both accusations levelled at the host within half an hour.
I made the mistake of going on that Portsmouth thread. Very weird. I’m happy to respect opposing views to my own, but there is an odd aggression, lack of logic, and constant twisting of others posts to try and make the arguments so convoluted that they can barely be followed happening-and I’ve noticed it more and more lately. I don’t know if it’s deliberate or if it comes from posters who support reform just following how the senior figures in Reform behave in the media rounds. And then there are the more obvious extreme views, but where in the past these would been called out for what they were, they are now being more readily supported. Unfortunately I think that’s reflective of society in general. It’s how more and more people think now and that’s, to me, really sad.

I think they’ve always been there but their voices are being emboldened now because being told to be silent isn’t working . There’s also a narrative that this is just coming from the disenfranchised working classes , it isn’t , it’s coming from a lot of middle class people in my area who are sick of the country being turned into the third world .
