I'm guessing that a Clare's law request on many of them might yeild some interesting results but hey let's protect " Are wimmin and gurls innit". Slightly off topic but interesting , 3 key members of the Raise the Colours (the group that go round putting up flags ) are facing legal troubles: one is due to stand trial for murder, another for making AI indecent images of children and a third for assault. And if by magic that third one, Ryan Bridge has just appeared on my tv, all suited and booted at the Reform conference and comparing his so called victim hood with the victim hood of Farage. According to him they are both being "picked on" by the media. Maybe try not breaking the law...

I believe from looking on Instagram it's a group of people trying to "show numbers" in response to migrants entering the UK. The caption reads Protect Our Country! And more Importantly our women and children. This is our warning. That's just a direct quote from it for anyone that cannot view it.

Extinction Rebellion don't usually go down the all in black with masks route, they're more usually aging hippy, theatrical dress, handmaiden ironic, sparkly sequins and face paint types. Hard to mix them up!
Also they wouldn't be shouting to stop boats, but to stop oil.

XR etc cannot be put into the same bracket as these racist thugs. Xr was trying to wake up the government to do something about climate change.

And we are now seriously beginning to suffer the reality of climate change, temperatures rising, floods, weather systems in chaos. XR was made up of scientists, Doctors, ecologists, lawyers,. so do not lump these two scenarios in the same breath.

This has come about because of the failure to stop the flood of illegal migrants. Many people are desperate about what is being allowed to happen in Britain. They are sick of being ignored and protests like this will only happen more. Our country is changing beyond recognition.

Local councillor Chris Vinson says "several hundred masked men" have been blocking local roads.
“There are stacks of people who are stuck in their cars or in their workplaces as a result," says Vinson, who is leader of the Conservative group at Dover District Council.
Vinson, speaking before the protesters dispersed, said their motives appeared to be "illegal migration-related" - a BBC reporter at the scene has since confirmed they were chanting "stop the boats".
“I’m not aware that there’s been any violence, although clearly, having the path of your vehicle blocked by men wearing black paramilitary gear and balaclavas is extremely intimidating," he adds, "especially when it’s not clear why they’re there and the police weren’t aware."
Vinson describes how some port workers on night shifts were "being prevented from leaving for fears for their safety", while some women in cars were "feeling intimidated".

So, the solution is to protest passenger ferries? Makes sense.

Protesters board train from Dover to Ramsgate
I'm still on Platform 1 at Dover Priory station and just witnessed at least 100 people boarding a train to Ramsgate. They were all dressed in black and wore black balaclavas.
When the train arrived, they got on board and it was completely full leaving the station. One of the group shouted "we are all leaving together, no-one will be left behind".
I also saw some other people trying to board the train but they couldn’t and they stood back to let the people dressed in black board.
All the protesters have left now from Dover Priory station.

The numbers are down.
