Speaking of protecting women and children, do you not find it odd that men coming here on boats are from places apparently far too dangerous for them to live in. They ‘need asylum’ because of this danger, yet they leave behind their mothers, wives, sisters and young sons and daughters to fend for themselves in these terribly dangerous places.
And we’re meant to think they’re lovely, kind, considerate men who care about the welfare of women and children.
