I think, as a deep thought, for I am supping a can of ale, branches that fall from trees do sort of bury themselves. Because the leaves from the mother tree fall on top of it. So philosophically, leave it to nature ?

I'm all for leaving it to nature. Exposes the brain power, or lack thereof, in the end. A bit like how Trump is exposing his. When every cell in his body is straining to monetise or mould everything in his own image, it's no wonder he appears to have dementia now.
Shame he doesn't drink so can't experience the joy of a cold beer on a hot day.

I'll restate my view that there is nothing really wrong with Trump.

The go-to quote for this sentiment :

especially as Lee Strasberg gave Trump acting lessons back in the 70s.

Unfortunately my "street" is an A-road over whose maintenance my local councillor has no control as far as I know. And it is chocka with potholes; at one point a stretch of it had warning notices posted to let us know it was a "failed road surface". The potholes were patched; they are now patching the patches once the holes are more than four inches deep and eighteen inches wide or long.

But on the bright side, I bet there is no dog poo ? . Sorry, that was a local joke where I used to live. Dog poo was a national issue.

But it just so happens I have a photo I clipped yesterday to send to a group chat I am in. Sorry to go off thread. Local councilors were caught using the new fangled AI to fix things.

When reform UK refers to Clean Up Britain Day I'm not sure they know it's litter picking they're signing up for...

My street is an A road and our local councillor and the council have control over the resurfacing, traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, signage and road markings.

The councillor has also indicated that she can influence where the utilities (always water so United Utilities 🙄), do the repairs.

I can't open that, but I get the gist... and feck me, my foil hat is in the bin. That makes sense.

Browder's highlighting that Graham was heavily involved in US sanctions against Russia, had just returned from Ukraine where Russian agents are active, and Russia has a history of poisoning adversaries with poisons which can look like heart attacks.

As he says, it's therefore vital to do tests to rule out foul play.

I completely agree with Browder.

Hope for the best, but check for the worst.
