It's Chris Hacopian of Texas A&M Aggies, this year's MLB 1st round draft pick which was held yesterday. The pic is from yesterday's edition of the WaPo.

I suppose it was for PR purposes, but I found it interesting that Yertle was wearing a shirt & jeans in that pic. Who gets gussied up to have their picture taken when they're in the hospital.

Maybe he 'pulled a Ring' (as in the motion picture) and 'made a copy of the tape' and gave it to Lindsey Graham, thereby averting his own death.
