banana, baked beans, blueberries, peaches, orange juice: those were in portion sizes worth counting :)

Blueberries and raspberries at breakfast
Carrot and cucumber sticks, apple and easy peeler at lunch.
Tomatoes, salad leaves, cress, strawberries and raspberries at dinner.

Overall not a bad day!

Blueberries, grapes, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, tomatoes, cabbage, onion, carrots, raisons, lettuce, red pepper, cucumber, spinach, sun-dried tomato, apple. I'm a vegetarian.

Breakfast: Blueberries, cherries, pomegranate, sunflower and pumpkin seeds with Greek yoghurt
Snack: strawberries half a carrot
Lunch: salad with mixed salad leaves, artichoke, olives, cherry tomatoes, roasted red pepper, cannellini beans
Dinner: baked cod with cherry tomatoes, olives, shallot, a side of spinach and tenderstem broccoli.
Desert: fruit salad of canteloup, strawberry, nectarine, cherries
Quite low on vegetables today due to low supplies

I’m doing well so far today.

Breakfast: kiwi, dates, dried apricots, cashew butter, pumpkin seeds

Lunch: spinach, lettuce, beetroot, coriander, tomatoes, peppers, red onion, spring onion, cornichons, chickpeas, sweetcorn, new potatoes, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds (Yes, I admit I had the much- maligned MASSIVE SALAD)
