I have had a banana, grapes, strawberries, mushrooms and tomatoes. 5 a day!

I was going to have stir fry for dinner but I forgot to buy the sauce so had scrambled eggs instead.

I had raisins, bananas, string beans, potatoes, carrots, courgettes and patty pans. I don’t normally do this well but cooked a big Sunday roast with lots of veg!

Lunch - lettuce tomato cucumber radish spring onion red pepper, followed by a orange, had an apple this morning for breakfast.

dinner - cauliflower - but it was covered in cheese sauce , and peas, followed by a big slice of water melon

i love this time of year all the lovely salad and fruits

Had a kale smoothie with (unsurprisingly) kale, avocado, ginger, pineapple, banana, and cashew nuts if you're counting them.

Lunch was carrots, tomatoes, celery with garlic mayo.

Dinner was a small pasta salad with homemade rocket pesto - rocket obvs, garlic, sunflower seeds.

I also made lemon and raspberry cake with real lemon and raspberries although suspect does not count!
