Not as much as usual today as I didn’t have breakfast (which would normally consist of a minimum of 3 fruits with Greek yoghurt). Raspberries as a snack, green beans, courgettes and broccoli with dinner.

But also made a veggie lasagne for tomorrow’s dinner with onion, garlic, courgettes, pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, aubergine and spinach, so…

Baked beans with breakfast and some fruit juice.

Went out for lunch and there were onions, carrots, peas, beansprouts, bamboo shoots and broccoli in various Chinese dishes. Probably only a portion overall though.

Strawberries and pineapple in the afternoon.

Dinner was a veggie pasta sauce- onions peppers, tomatoes, courgettes, and mushrooms. 2 portions overall I think as we didnt need much after lunch.

Not too bad but very saved by dinner. I'd gone in the fridge for inspiration for something small and it was nearly a bacon sandwich til I spotted the leftover sauce from Friday!

Blueberries, pineapple and strawberries in a kefir smoothie, garden peas and mushrooms in a pasta dish.

Usually eat a lot more veg than this but didn't shop properly this week so supplies very low.

Will do much better tomorrow for both.

Ilovemsrachel · 05/07/2026 20:56

Banana, courgette, red pepper, cauliflower, pumpkin, spring greens, raspberries, strawberries

Yesterday it was: banana, red pepper, avocado, salad leaves, tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries

8 a day not unusual for us, but maybe that’s as we only do meat/fish x3 portions a week (not counting eating out or takeaways which are once or twice)
