I've developed a little crush on Erling Haaland

I'm almost 50!

I'm not even sure what it is about him, I've never in my lifetime liked any sportsperson ever! My husband keeps teasing me about it, has even said he's going to grow his hair like his if that's my thing 😂😳

I never knew Haaland was a dad. That’s quite cute.

I fancied Jan Molby and Kenny Dalgleish as a 13 year old. I obvs had a thing for floppy blond haired men! In fact Molby being a Dane isn’t dissimilar to Haaland both being Nordic.

Having watched many a few videos of him, he rolls the legs of his shorts up, that's what makes them look odd. Not sure why though. I'd ask, but I'm not allowed within 300ft of him.

I always like going for the underdog in big sporting events, so right now, Norway make a good team to support.

Someone made a TikTok comment about him always having “did you see that?!” or a “can’t believe that actually worked!” look on his face after a goal and it always makes me laugh now!

Norway are out, my time with Erling is over I guess. Not much footage last night, but a lovely little video he posted on TT afterwards.

You've created a brand new Erling fan here! I knew nothing of him before, and he seems such a lovely guy.

I love how affectionate he was with players from both teams last night, and he looks like he's enjoying himself when he's playing, whereas some of them make it look like a tooth extraction rather than a game, played for entertainment. So for that reason, YANBU!!

He's very strange looking but seems to be an absolute sweetheart, which is an attractive quality in a man, and a positive role model for boys

He does seem a nice guy and his relationship with Bellingham seems lovely

He's not my type, but he's handsome and kind and funny and a great representative for the sport. I was actually hoping their team would win last night!

He will be back playing for Man City soon enough! I like him a lot but he is 25 and I am nearly 40 so he is too young for me to be attracted to. But I love his outlook on life, he’s such a relaxed person and his answers to interviews make me life. He seems
super grateful for everything and we don’t often get much kindness in football. Bellingham seems lovely and Son Heung-min (South Korean who plays for Spurs) is probably the nicest footballer in history. I love seeing this sort of masculinity and I hope that Haaland runs off on others about how to behave.
