Maybe it's because he reminds me of an excited puppy. From the videos I've seen, and from watching him play, he just looks happy and funny. Like he's passionate for the sport, but also doesn't take himself too seriously off the pitch.

I was in love with Alfie Haaland back in the day so I am happy I get to see him there at all the games. Still think he's better looking by far than his son but I can see the appeal.

I was surprised to see he's quite funny in interviews, liked him more than I'd expected.

He has an unusual face but I quite like him. Seeing him throw the other players around like ragdolls or watching them bounce off him is very attractive.

He's an absolute unit. I had no idea until the world cup started just how massive he is. All the memes of him thundering about the pitch, hunting down the opposition are greatly amusing.
