Anyone feeling really depressed about the weather?

I know i can't change it so it's pointless, but I honestly feel really low 😕 Where the hell has summer gone? It has rained all day here and been cold and miserable. A heatwave was originally forecast for the weekend but now it's been downgraded to 20 at best, albeit hopefully sunny. I hope it's not going to be like this for the entire summer until we get more of the same in autumn. I have SAD and need warm sun on me. I honestly want to cry.

What a difference a week makes! I saw the thread title and assumed the OP was worried about the heatwave. 😂

However, it seems that whenever there is a thread complaining about cold and wet weather, the heat haters come out in force to argue that cold and miserable weather is better than the heat. Why is that?
Why can’t we moan in peace just like the heat haters do on their support threads?

@Juldan That absolutely doesn’t happen. There isn’t a single thread about hating the heat that isn’t jumped on by heat lovers complaining about what awful people we are for wishing for a bit of cooler weather. Not a single one. You’d think we’d killed their kitten, slept with their husbands and demanded the sacrifice of their first born child based on the vitriol we get.

Heatwave 😂 up here in central Scotland it’s been torrential rain most of the day.

Its soooo hot here. Tomorrow until Friday looks to be low to high 30s

I like it except for the school run and the night times! But our AC unit is working its magic !

Also very happy however it already looks like it’s breaking down from Friday onwards so I’m already feeling sad for that! I’m looking for a long term summer not just a few days here and there! (User name probably hints towards this 😆)

Yep me too. I love hot sunny days and wish they were more consistent. The current temperatures down south are too intense but around 25 for the summer would be perfect. Instead we get a week of blistering heat and then back to 17 and rain.
