Just for fun so no sarcasm or nastiness please .
My friend and I went to see a West End musical this week . I was really looking forward to it . Great reviews . Celebrity cameos . Camp and fun . Seemed right up our street .
We both hated it . We were turning to each other with puzzled looks and raised eyebrows (we've known each other forever and have very similar tastes so no words needed) .
The audience seemed off their tits to be honest . Screeching at every unsubtle innuendo . Shouting responses to the actors . It was like a really bad hen do .
We left at the interval .
My point is that everyone else seemed to be having a great time . The staff who opened the doors to allow us to leave at the interval were incredulous . I quote : "Are you not enjoying it ?!"
Well no , we weren't . We thought it was shit .
This is a show that is up for lots of awards and has had so many positive reviews .

Yes he plays a really annoying young priest who screeches. He is supposed to be annoying but honestly if that episode is on I have to turn it off! I have a young teen who is currently discovering all our mid 90s comedy 🤣

Summer - although on here I am reassured I’m far from alone!
Reality showy- just don’t get the fascination , it’s like cheap filler as opposed to paying proper drama or documentary production teams with decent writers and actors. I call it junk food for the mind.
Football - tedious and the loud roaring from the crowd- no thanks

I don’t so much hate but have always refused things that everyone else is raving about - so I never went through a fan stage, never played Trivial Pursuit, have never played a video game, have never read Harry Potter …. More than I can easily recall.

I also hated The Book of Mormon I.bought tickets as a gift and if it wasn't for that, I would have left at the interval , pile of 💩

Love Island, TOWIE, MiC, I’m a celeb, BGT, MAFS… Any other show like this. I used to enjoy Big Brother when Davina presented it so not averse to reality TV but never got on board with any of those.

It is the noise ice makes when people swirl their iced coffees they have to just stop it ! 😀

It’s not a general autism thing, I’m autistic and love musical theatre. Loads of the kids learning with my kids in drama and musicals Saturday classes were autistic.

I know I would hate Titanique, same with Avenue Q.

i loathed Choir of Man despite it being incredibly popular with people going numerous times.
