Henry Nowak

Heard of him? Probably not, because there seems to be an almost complete news blackout about him. Basically the police handcuffed him and let him bleed out because they thought he may have said something racist - he didn't, it was a lie told by his murderer. Henry was 18.

At least we know who they will lock up if there is a riot!

Sadly so

Yep but Kier and his crew still took the virtue signalling knee …. They have no respect for the people of this country and are too busy buying votes

They respect some people of this country. But only the ones that vote for them.

TooBigForMyBoots · 30/05/2026 23:04

JuliaBraverman · 30/05/2026 22:22

Okay, no blackout however nobody seems to have heard much of the case at the time. Only 5 months later does it appear?

So why are @rolloverbeethoven, GBN, Musk and others perpetuating a lie about a media blackout?

JuliaBraverman · 30/05/2026 23:06

Maybe the biggest question is why Sikhs are allowed to carry knives?

Maybe it was not reported in December when it actually happened. I and many on this thread certainly hadn’t heard of it until this week.

No one should be allowed to carry knives.

If you are white unfortunately you have no chance in this country any more, if he was black he wouldn't be left to die and he would be all over the news. I was racially abused and called a white....multiple times for months. When i reported it to the police i was laughed at and ignored. It lasted for months. Unfortunately racism only works one way.

Some people seem rather bewildered at the public disgust and it’s surprising, and disappointing it has to be pointed out to them why people are so outraged.

So let’s help those who are sadly lacking in any sense of perspective, humanity, goodness:

A young man, who was, and has been shown, to have been bleeding to death as he tried to get away from a murderer, had been stabbed a total of 18 times, including in THE FACE, as well as the chest and back of the legs. He said “I’m dying” and “ I can’t breathe”. He was being pursued by the murderer.

What did the police do FIRST?

From the BBC:

”But when police arrived, it was Henry – a University of Southampton finance student – who was handcuffed and arrested after Digwa made his bogus accusations.
Temporary Deputy Chief Constable Robert France told the BBC: "It is a tragedy that officers did not immediately understand what had happened to Henry.
"I am sorry that he had been handcuffed and arrested as he lost consciousness.
"I don't want to hide the facts. I want people to understand the full facts."

It is staggering that a call of “Racism” meant that police were more interested in automatically believing and responding to THAT claim, which ended up being bogus, than helping an obviously young man, who was bleeding profusely such that he left a trail of blood behind him. Staggering!

And yet posters on this forum who maybe need to be reported to Prevent, actually seem to think that what was important was whether or not the police found any things that some people like them might not like, on the dying boy’s phone, rather than getting the lad to hospital. ….. because don’t you know, THAT, to these posters, would determine if the lad was worth bothering about, or whether he might have deserved it. In their minds, the lad who could barely breathe might have said something naughty to the bloke with a 21 inch knife, thereby, committing a more serious offence than being knifed. To them, saying or having naughty things on his phone, would have warranted a pause for handcuffing, instead of getting the ambulance.

It is utterly revolting, disgusting and beyond the pale, that PUBLIC services in this country are so indoctrinated, that their first concern is ‘hurty words’ rather than saving a man life. Because quite frankly, even if Novak had said anything at all to the murderer, what would it have amounted to, other than “ hurty words”? I am so sick of this bull shit.

And I am not the only one.

Of course ‘culture wars’ still.

Not what happened to Henry Nowak.

'Culture wars' i.e. a meaningless phrase / slogan which is engineered to short-circuit thought and leave reason at the door. So transparent. And tired.

CollieH9g · 30/05/2026 23:26

It is disgraceful. Poor Henry. Why has the police footage not been released?

Totally agree with you, the police behaved appallingly. Wouldn't be the first time and unfortunately it won't be the last.Sad

Why hasn't it? Interesting isn't it. PP above said 3 of the police involved have left the job. Who knows. But those individuals aren't really the problem - 2 tier policing is - and we all know it.

Btw. I am not a police hater. They mostly do an amazing job. And the way they responded was probably and instruction from above.

They absolutely aren't doing an amazing job if they're doing two tier policing.Hmm

The governments lack of response is shocking.

It really is

itsgettingweird · 31/05/2026 05:51

I’ve read it all when I hear self defence as we don’t know if he was racist or not?

seriously?

Regardless of what he may or may not have said the perpetrator carried a 21” blade on him. He stabbed Nowak 18 times whilst he ran away.

That’s NOT self defence.

and it’s not ok to stab someone repeatedly due to racism. Racism is NEVER ok. But it also NEVER justifies murder.

In addition to which HN did not say anything racist, anyway. He was walking home on his own, and the murderer randomly attacked him, with one of the many huge knives he owns.

Wishing14 · 31/05/2026 07:07

There WAS largely a news black out WHEN IT HAPPENED. It is only being reported now largely as a result of pressure from commenters and the public who have been outraged over it, and since he has been found GUILTY in the courts. But innocent until proven guilty was still given to him for all this time by the mainstream media. It was not a big story and there has been very little discussion of what happened and the officers involved. They handcuffed him whilst he died!!! That is a huge part of the story not just the fact he was murdered an a racist attack because he was white!!

Northermcharn · 31/05/2026 07:25

Yes. The facts are - Henry Nowak was arrested and handcuffed as he was dying - after being stabbed over 15 times by Vickrum Digwa. This happened because the police default believed what the Digwa told them, above what Nowak told them. Why? Rhetorical question.

Northermcharn · 31/05/2026 07:49

Digwa's parents arrived at the scene before police, and Digwa's mother, Kiran Kaur, took the murder weapon and hid it at their home.[12]

Police interviewed both men. Digwa stated that Nowak had started a drunken fight and racially abused him. Police then handcuffed Nowak, who told the police that he had been stabbed, only to be told he had not been.[15] Nowak's last words were "Please, brother, I can't breathe."[12]

And this lad, who nobody knows about?

Yes. From 2001, and it's even worse now.

'Reporting

Parker's mother, Davinia, said: "because we are white, English, we didn't get the coverage", adding, "it's as if we don't count".[51][52] In 2006, a Sunday Times investigation by Brendan Montague examined British newspaper archives for coverage of racist crimes, finding "an almost total boycott of stories involving the white victims of attacks" whereas "cases involving black and minority ethnic victims are widely reported".[53]

Manchester Arena: security officer didnt want to stop the nervous, sweating young man with a heavy backpack in case he was labelled a racist.
Nottingham stabber: reluctance to detain very mentally ill man in case they were labelled racist.
Southport: Head teacher was browbeaten by the authorities to strike out notes that this young man was extremely dangerous, didnt want to stereotype a black boy with a knife

Thats all folks!!

Barbadossunset · 31/05/2026 08:18

The police were at fall in this case. and then three officers should be held accountable, but they won’t be.

If the family brings a private prosecution then will the police officers involved face charges even if they have left the police?
I hope so.

I hope so too. Dereliction of duty. Stood laughing at a young man who was lying in a pool of blood.
They ought to be put in front of Henry's loved ones to explain themselves
