Does anyone dislike David Attenborough

I’m just wondering if there is anyone who dislikes David Attenborough.

I genuinely think he’s one of the very few people that everyone likes.
No matter how old, what class, what culture etc all I’ve ever heard is how much they love him.

It’s his 100th birthday today and if you google his name you’ll see.

I thought I’d do a poll incase anyone was too afraid of admitting they don’t like him 🤣

I have no feelings about him. Pleasant enough chap but I dont watch his programmes

No strong feelings either way, he is just HIM.

I do admire his ability to draw his pension for so long though!

Jarvis Cocker interviewed him, it was played out on 6 music last Sunday, and it was the best Sunday chat ever. Two fab voices for a Sunday afternoon.

I don't like him. I don't disagree with anything he says or does, particularly; I just don't like him.

Does it matter what the thread is called? You read the thread and then get to the poll where it asks a very clear question. You then answer the question you just read. It’s not that difficult really

I didn’t mind him, but I don’t like wildlife programmes so I’ve never watched any of them.
He seems decent and has enormous knowledge and personality.

I believe David more than anyone else - if David says it’s true it’s true

He's just another privileged TV presenter to me.

He was very late on the wagon though which makes me suspicious he was only in it for public opinion.

I'd like to like to like him, i was brought up on his documentaries, but anything BBC now makes me suspicious, and he's one of their most prized.

I don’t actively dislike him, but I really don’t get the whole warm fuzzy national treasure vibes about him. He strikes me as someone who has quite a temper on him (totally my own vibes, and I’m aware I have no basis for it!). But if he makes other people happy I’m all for more good feelings in the world.
