I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

M&s chicken bacon caesear wrap and doritos
Muller yoghurt with choc balls
Chicken wrap (again) with sweet potato, salad, cheese

I’m the op and I meant accountability to myself to eat good food if I know I’m posting it on here and I enjoy getting ideas from others.
I never mentioned calories or anything similar but I have been on many other people’s threads like this that are full so started another one.

@Changingplace I am training for super duper ultra wultra marathon, it’s 2000 miles long. I’m sure you’ll agree I’m on the right path. I’ll consider moving to licking every other ever other day. Thanks for the motivation!

Only 2000 miles long?
I do that before work, but I did have a cracker bread last August, so that has kept me going. 😀

Lunch-2 bits of DDs fish fingers as felt horrible

1 cold reduced fat sausage in a sandwich with 1 piece of bread.
1 Danone Activia no added sugar 0% fat peach yoghurt
1 chicken breast, 1/3 iceberg lettuce, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 red pepper 1 spring onion.

I'm just about to have roast beef, roast parsnips, carrots, broccoli, baked onion and gravy. (No potatoes or Yorkshire pudding)
I will probably have melon and strawberries for pudding.

It's a treat day for me today.

Morning sickness eased a little today so I was actually able to eat fruit. 🙏🏼

Breakfast: half cup of watermelon + pb toast slice

Snack: chocolate cookie

Lunch: sourdough toast with beetroot hummus, avocado, pesto, feta & poached eggs

Snack: chocolate cookie & pack of strawberry jellies

Dinner: chicken burger & side salad with salad leaves, cous cous, olives & sundried tomatoes

If tomorrow is as good a day, going to try get back to normal intake - eating is the only thing that stops the nausea!

Breakfast: Porridge made with oat milk, apple, walnuts and chia seeds

Lunch: Salad with black beans, lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn, peppers, avocado and onion

Dinner: Chickpea and spinach curry with rice

Snacks: Brazil nuts, sweet chilli seaweed crisps

A small crusty white roll with a slice of bacon, tomato, lettuce, cucumber and onion.

Apple.

Pulled Pork, new potatoes, sugar snap peas, baby corn.

Might have some greek yogurt later with some strawberries.

Im on Weygovey and doing intermittant fasting only eating between 12 and 8.

Warburtons thins with peanut butter and marmite for breakfast, some tortilla crisp things, 2 light rich tea biscuits, 2 ginger nuts, five bean salad, feta cheese salad lunch, deli honey roast ham, no mayo potato salad, cottage cheese and salad dinner, Oreo ice cream bar. Will try not to snack on food at party later.

Greek yoghurt with berries, flax, chia seeds, turmeric and honey (my favourite meal of the day and I would happily eat it for lunch and dinner too)

Lunch - some red pepper, 3 cherry tomatoes, some crackers, 3 crabsticks, some corn nuts.

Snack - a malted milk biscuit and 4 squares of dark chocolate

Dinner will be a burger and salad.
Will probably have a fruit platter whilst we watch tv later. Golden kiwi, strawberries and sliced apple.

I’ve been trying to cut down on refined sugar and it’s been surprisingly easy.

Lunch - Burger and 1/2 portion of coleslaw at Byron burger
Dinner - seafood salad
I will probably snack on some fruit later as well

Salmon fillet with roasted cubed potatoes, broccoli, sugar snap peas and tomatoes.
Chocolate protein pot, more berries.
2 lentil cakes with peanut butter.

Nescafé latte, 1 shredded wheat with prunes and walnuts.
Meal deal (falafel and hummus wrap, 2 cheese and onion sausage rolls).
2 slices wm toast with branston baked beans. Pkt roasted seaweed, portion tinned apricots.
Banana, soya yoghurt. 2 caramel rice cakes.

Having a 'low faff' day today.😁

I’d a hungry day today,

Black coffee

two eggs as usual in the morning with a strawberry and rhubarb clear protein drink,

then I had a Huel chocolate and caramel protein bar.

mid morning 4 markies soft and juicy prunes and collagen drink

lunch, prawn and tuna salad, lettuce tomatoes onion cucumber.

mid afternoon chocolate and raspberry grenade bar,

dinner was a markies crusted pork chop, tomato rice and peas

then I went a bit fruit crazy, a vanilla kvarg and half a pack of dried mango, then half a punnet of grapes,all normal, then I fancied more mango and ate a whole pack , then a small pot of water melon chunks, then a hand full of crisps and nuts.

3 litres of water as usual

so far too much fruit today.

roast chicken,Yorkshire pudding,roast potatoes,cauliflower and leek cheese,stuffing,peas and broccoli - it was fantastic if I say so myself!

1/2 a bacon sandwich
roast beef (perfect, I’m a good cook), a roast potato (half a small potato), roast parsnip (1/4 of a parsnip), sweetheart cabbage, carrots, a tsp of stuffing, cauliflower cheese. Stuffed.

McDonald's chicken burger

I'm done eating for today, and all that junk food has made me genuinely excited for some fruit and veg tomorrow
