Breakfast was Grape Nuts cereal, mixed chopped nuts, ground flaxseeds, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, whole milk and a large dollop of Greek Yogurt, all washed down with a mug of black coffee.
Lunch was roasted aubergine, courgette and onion, with roasted chickpeas, black barley, a peanut butter spiced sauce and a tablespoon of Zoe daily 30, with a glass of water.
Supper was a mixed salad of cheese, baby spinach, rocket, tomato, cucumber, radishes, sprouted lentils, toasted seeds and kimchi, with an olive oil and apple cider vinegar dressing, with a mug of Rooibos tea.
I'll probably have a small snack at about 10.00pm, maybe a handful of peanuts and some dark chocolate.
