I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Two weetabix and peanut butter on toast

Smoked mackeral and salad

Rich tea biscuit

If I'm being good later, an apple, if not salted mixed nuts and a glass of wine

Evening meal - Vegetable and chickpea curry with naan bread, and a glass of wine

Ciabatta roll with prawns.

Dinner is salmon, but not sure what with yet.

Well I was very sick last night so didn't feel like much today so had a small bowl of fruit & yogurt followed by a small cooked breakfast at the hotel we were staying at. Back home OH made me half a jkt potato & some chorizo & beans then I had some ice cream for my throat. Not sure what's for tea as I don't really fancy anything but I should try to eat something

my protein chocolate mousse and strawberries
roast chicken salad sandwich using 1 slice of bread
two coffees
small bowl tuna pasta salad
fun size twix
dinner will be more tuna pasta salad with 80g chicken breast added in and a large bowl of spinach

So far 96g protein
1000 calories
300 extra calories burned (well 600 but I always half it because fitness trackers can be pretty far out)

Breakfast: Porridge with blueberries
Lunch: Microwave macaroni cheese pouch (UPF to the max, but quick, easy and low cal) with a big salad
Snack: Apple, strawberries and a 2 finger kitkat
Dinner: Veg lasagne, chips and salad
Evening snack: Ripple

no alcohol, but I refuse to live without carbs and sugar, what’s the point

Breakfast - porridge with some sliced pear, raspberries and chia seeds, slice of rye and golden linseed toast with almond butter. One coffee

Lunch - some leftover asparagus, carrot sticks and a small portion of mashed potato with roasted chickpeas (so random 🤣)

6 or 7 cashew nuts and a camomile tea

Dinner was Thai red curry and a small bit of jasmine rice. I really want some chocolate now so will probably have a square of dark chocolate and some Greek yoghurt before bed with a cuppa!

Husband working late so not cooked a real dinner

a dozen teas and coffees
including a Costa latte as low iron is having me today whilst on my period

cashew nuts
protein rye bread with crunchy peanut butter
x 3 rice cakes with tuna mayo
x 3 rice cakes with cheese (quick snack whilst sorting the kids out)
Greek yoghurt with peanut butter

tonight probably protein noodles with some chicken
and hot chocolate before bed

i eat all day long tbh Blush looking at some of these Blush

Pancakes
Potato and broad beans with salad and seeds
Crisps and olives
Dinner will be bbq tofu with jersey royals and leftover fridge veg
Ive got half a mug cake for dessert
And probably a bowl of cereal and some fruit before bed

B - Greek yoghurt with mango, raspberries and some granola
L - 2 poached eggs on 2 slices of wholemeal toast
Dinner will be salmon with salad, roasted tenderstem broccoli, salad and cottage cheese. May have a chocolate protein pot for pudding with some blueberries and strawberries. If I get hungry again later I’ll have a small handful of fruit and nuts.

1 slice of sourdough with scrambled eggs and half can baked beans for brunch
1/2 banana
packet of hot Cheetos
cherry iced latte
ikea meatballs with mash and gravy

A nice pink lady apple straight out of the fridge 😋

Jacket potato with leftover chilli with a little grated cheese and side salad

Homemade doner kebab meat cut nice and thin with a few potato wedges, salad and a generous drizzle of Greek yogurt mixed in with some mint sauce

Breakfast was Grape Nuts cereal, mixed chopped nuts, ground flaxseeds, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, whole milk and a large dollop of Greek Yogurt, all washed down with a mug of black coffee.

Lunch was roasted aubergine, courgette and onion, with roasted chickpeas, black barley, a peanut butter spiced sauce and a tablespoon of Zoe daily 30, with a glass of water.

Supper was a mixed salad of cheese, baby spinach, rocket, tomato, cucumber, radishes, sprouted lentils, toasted seeds and kimchi, with an olive oil and apple cider vinegar dressing, with a mug of Rooibos tea.

I'll probably have a small snack at about 10.00pm, maybe a handful of peanuts and some dark chocolate.

Edited: I'd forgotten the cheese! 😊

Baked beans on wholemeal sourdough and an apple.

Jacket potato with tuna mayo, large mixed salad with vinaigrette, a banana and a square of dark chocolate

Trying to lose some weight and am using Slimpod which really seems to be helping

Another one which I am not sure should be used as inspiration:
2 cold and flu tablets which I promptly vomited back up again
Two slices of marmite toast
Two bowls of porridge made with water, no milk

I feel horrendous but I'm too scared to eat anything substantial.

That sounds awful! Why do hospitals serve up such terrible meals that are almost totally lacking in nutritional value? It beats me how they expect anyone to get better.

one sausage, 4 chips and a spoon of beans
packet of Maltesers.

I work in the nhs. I realised at 2pm I’d eaten nothing but consumed some hefty painkillers so ate the mini cheddars.

Lunch: Bol pea and spinach soup

Dinner: Tofu, sweet potato, sweetcorn, lettuce and salsa tacos with guacamole

Snacks: Banana and walnut soya smoothie. Hummus and red pepper.

Lunch: KFC

Snack: a peach

Dinner: lamb chops, giant couscous with feta, beetroot and carrot salad, fried haloumi

Snack: apple, glass of milk, handful of chocolate buttons.
