I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Nothing yet, it's not tea time here. I will be having vegan nuggets and some pasta.

I log everything on MyFitnessPal so this was an easy list to write!

breakfast: Egg white omelette (1 egg + 100g egg whites, 10g cheese), 1 slice of protein toast, 5g peanut butter, black coffee
morning snack: 24g packet of sunbites crackers
lunch: 300g of chicken + veg curry, 100g rice
afternoon tea: 100g cottage cheese, 100g berries
Dinner: 170g minced chicken, san choy bao seasoning, 20g vermicelli noodles, lettuce, mixed raw salad veg
supper: 100g cottage cheese, 100g berries

Approx 1500 cals and 130g protein

First trimester is kicking my ass so:

  • bowl of mini chocolate Weetabix with skimmed milk
  • two cheese wraps microwaved
  • two soleros
  • two pieces of toast with pb & banana
  • 4 crackers with butter

A far cry from my pre- pregnancy diet. Anything with protein or fruit makes me want to puke immediately.

Every first trimester day of eating for me was always:
dry crackers
more dry crackers
Vegemite toast with loads of butter
more dry crackers
3 McDonald’s cheeseburgers

A packet of crisps, two slices of garlic bread and some maltesers. I’ve been busy and had an hour long hydrotherapy session after work which I had to drive an hour each way for. I got home and I was just over food. I’ll do better tomorrow.

Black coffee when I got up,
two boiled eggs and a bottle of vieve protein water for brekkie,
‘Strawberry collagen drink and 4 large soft prunes from markies. Mid morning,
huel black ready to drink protein shake as was busy , for lunch
Roast chicken, lemon rice, and broccoli for dinner
White chocolate kvarg snd dried mango , for dessert
half a punnet of grapes for a snack
a small handful of kettle chips and some nuts. Also a snack
3 litres of water. Throughout the day,

Breakfast smoothie made with banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, berries, beef organ/colostrum/ protein blend powder and milk.

lunch was a chicken breast, cous cous, salad and an orange.

mid afternoon snack 4 squares of dark chocolate

dinner was noodles in bone broth, salmon, 2 poached eggs, spring onions, water chestnuts and grated carrot. For dessert I had chia seed raspberry pudding.

drank water and green tea throughout the day

Night shift last night so my food intake since midnight is not normal ! I had overnight oats with mango, cherries, chia, honey, milk and GR Yog at 4 am. 6 am I had a coffee. I got home at 9 and had a slice of Bakewell tart my mum left for me. I had some OJ and some cheeses crackers at 1.30. This afternoon I've had some dried mango, three chocolate digestives and a slice of home made pecan and date loaf and a decaf coffee. Normal service will resume in the morning!!

Breakfast: chia and flax seed pudding with mixed berries.

Snack: Boiled egg with tinned salmon mushed up and mixed with greek yoghurt and lots of salt pepper.

Lunch: tomato and pepper soup with a cheese and crisp sandwich on the side (been craving one since the crisp sandwich thread yesterday).

Dinner: beef and bean chilli with rice and nachos.

I'm also in the first trimester and feeling a confusing swirl of hungry and sick at the same time. I normally have a terrible diet that revolves around chocolate and snacking but I'm trying reslly hard to eat sensibly now.

Breakfast: espresso and a banana
Lunch: Homemade chicken and veg soup, homemade flatbreads
Snack: Tortilla chips dipped in hummus. Flat white
Dinner: Beef and carrot satay noodles, sesame manage tout
Snack: Greek yoghurt with raspberries and biscoff spread
Snack: glass os sauv blanc and a mars bar (got my first PP period... needed the treat!)

Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with a banana for breakfast, Ginsters Cornish Pasty for lunch, bacon, eggs, and new potatoes for tea and some rolos for pudding. Sickly.

S- 1 rice cake with jam
D- salmon, wholewheat cous cous and peas with olive oil and fresh parsley

I am having dental related issues so need soft things that are not too cold.

Me too, I’m bmi 20, size 8 and I eat a couple of thousand cals a day, I’m shocked people just eat sweets or cakes and nothing more.

Graham’s peach protein yoghurt and 20g crunchy clusters
200g mushroom stir fry, 50g mushrooms, 70g baby corn with some soy sauce and ginger
High protein salted caramel pancake with 10g hazelnut creme
Slow cooker Mexican chicken with rice and taco beans
15g peanut butter
Mint chocolate Grenade protein bar
30g grapes

Approx 1,600 cals, 130g protein

Same, also size 8 and have been at a similar ish kind of weight all my life (approaching 40 btw)! Have never skipped a meal or restricted my eating in any way, have always ate regularly. So much better for metabolism and weight maintenance!
